As the carrier of the main teaching functions of college campuses, the intensive design of teaching buildings has gradually become the main focus of campus architectural design with the intensive construction of college campuses. For the intensive teaching buildings of colleges and universities in in the universities in south of the Five ridges area,on the one hand, the highdensity and large-scale architectural forms have formed a certain difference with the transparent and small-scale traditional architectural forms formed under the climatic conditions of high temperature and hot and humid in south of the Five ridges area.On the other hand, the intensive and intricate function of the teaching building space under intensive conditions has a mismatch with the behavioral needs of students when using teaching buildings.Although college designers have certain research results in these two aspects, from the overall perspective, the formation of a form and space design that can adapt to the climatic conditions in south of the Five ridges area and meet the needs of students' learning, transportation and communication,Still in a relatively blank state.Based on the above phenomena and actual needs, this paper conducts an in-depth study on the climate adaptability in south of the Five ridges area college intensive teaching buildings based on the climate characteristics in south of the Five ridges area, the characteristics of intensive teaching buildings in colleges and the related behavioral needs of students. The thesis combines the intensive teaching architectural design cases of nearly 40 in south of the Five ridges area and similar climatic regions at home and abroad collected by the author, and the intensive teaching construction practice in south of the Five ridges area colleges and the authors who follow the mentor, through theoretical research, data statistics and case analysis. The method has formed a design strategy for two aspects of the architectural form that conforms to the climatic characteristics in south of the Five ridges area and the architectural space that meets the needs of students. From the overall perspective,it attempts to propose the intensive teaching structure and spatial climate adaptability in south of the Five ridges area universities comprehensive strategy. The paper mainly focuses on the following four parts,1.The first chapter of the thesis aims to ask questions, analyze the research background and related concepts, establish the research object, delineate the research scope, and combine the research status at home and abroad to grasp the research methods and contents of the subject as a whole.2.The second and third chapters of the paper are intended to analyze the problem.Firstly, based on the architectural characteristics in south of the Five ridges area, this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of teaching buildings in in south of the Five ridges area colleges, and sorts out the relationship between college students' behavioral needs and the climate adaptability of intensive teaching buildings in in south of the Five ridges area universities, and then combines the intensive teaching architecture of colleges and the climate adaptability of in south of the Five ridges area. The contradictions and problems that exist between them, and propose relevant design principles and design goals.3.The fourth and fifth chapters of the thesis aim to solve the problem.Based on the intensive architectural forms of colleges and universities under the influence of physical and climatic characteristics of in south of the Five ridges area and the architectural space under the influence of users' learning, transportation and communication behaviors, the paper proposes the specific design strategies and methods for intensive teaching buildings to adapt to the climate of in south of the Five ridges area.4.The sixth chapter of the thesis,on the basis of the fourth and fifth chapters of strategic research, summarizes and integrates the climate adaptive design strategy of form and space from the overall perspective, attempts to propose a holistic design strategy, and summarizes the overall design.A step of.Combined with practical projects, this paper further explores the application of design strategies in the climate adaptation practice of intensive teaching buildings in in south of the Five ridges area universities. This paper analyzes the climate adaptability strategy of intensive teaching architecture design and space design in in south of the Five ridges area universities, and attempts to put forward the overall strategy of teaching building form and spatial climate adaptability by analyzing the correlation between form and spatial climate adaptability design.References will be provided for future related research and related design work.
