Since the Industrial Revolution in the 18 th century,the world's social productive forces have developed rapidly,meanwhile,the cities have become the prominent places of human life.However,a series of problems have also arisen in urbanization: The global atmospheric environment is warming as a whole,energy consumption is serious,the green natural environment has been damaged to varying degrees,and the heat island effect in urban areas,etc.With the oil crisis in the 1960 s and computer science and technology's simulation is improving,parametric design came into being.People are paying more and more attention to the concept of sustainable development and green city design to create a comfortable living environment and meet energy conservation and consumption reduction.Social needs and ultimately meet people's growing material and cultural needs.Research on the formation mechanism and method of medium-scale city morphology is based on climate adaptability.Using a parameterized design platform to perform performancedriven simulation and multi-objective automatic optimization technology aims to provide a decision interval for quantitative morphological factors and evaluation factors in the early design stage,which is inclusive Urban design methods.Create an excellent outdoor comfortable environment,save energy,and ease the contradiction between the city and nature to a certain extent.At present,the research on the generation mechanism and method of urban morphology of climate adaptability is mainly concentrated at the relatively macro level and micro level at home and abroad.The macro-level is primarily based on "top-down" qualitative judgments,involving many quantitative data processing,for the geospatial field.The micro-level is primarily focused on the type of "focused classification" research,focusing on the single building and single street scale.Research on the formation mechanism and methods of the overall urban morphology at the medium-scale and the performance-driven design guided by multi-objective automatic optimization are still rare.Based on this,this study takes the hot summer and cold winter area as the research area to alleviate the contradictory outdoor comfort,energy consumption and economic effects in winter and summer through a multi-objective automatic optimization performance-driven design.First,according to climate adaptability characteristics,I was combing the relevant basic theories,summarizing the design strategies and experience of qualitative judgment in hot summer and cold winter regions.On the research scale,define the research level and concisely summarize the regional city level's scale characteristics,the medium-scale urban area,and the micro-section level.On this basis,the solar envelope theory and the self-growth program are introduced,and the "addition and subtraction city" design method is proposed.The sunshine envelope theory is the basis of the "subtractive city" design method,and the self-growth program is the "additive city" —design method basis.Second,in the technical approach,the introduction of parameterized performance-driven optimization and multi-objective automatic optimization technology.The parametric platform is Rhino Grasshopper,which can be regarded as a software integration platform.The performance-driven optimization relies on the Grasshopper plug-in Ladybug and Butterfly for simulation calculation;the automatic optimization and rating process is realized through the Wallacei(an optimizing solver plug-in in grasshopper).Data analysis of row correlation and multiple linear regression was carried out through the SPSS platform.Third,based on theory and technology,an ideal experimental model of "subtractive city" and "additive city" is set up to verify the generation mechanism and method of the medium-scale urban morphology of climate adaptability.The correlation between morphological factors and target factors is revealed through750 calculations,data statistics,and result analysis of "subtraction city" and "addition city" every 750 times.The first-level morphological factors that are influential for the first-level target factors are divided the impact level of the target factor is given.The specific form and the numerical interval of the target factor decisionmaking are given.Finally,to Summarize the morphogenesis mechanism and methods that adapt to climate adaptability in hot summer and cold winter regions,summarize its advantages and limitations,and make future development prospects.The full text is about 140,000 words,with 227 cases in the picture and 72 cases in the table.
