Reflections On The Fragmentation Thinking From The Perspective Of Philosophy Of Technology

Since the rapid development of modern information technology,people can get information happening around the world anytime and anywhere.People enjoy the convenience of communication brought by information technology,gradually getting used to obtaining fragmentation information in the fragmentation time such as waiting for bus or taking subway by technical way such as mobile phones and Internet,making fragmentation judgment and reasoning,making decisions with fragmentation characteristics in a short time.This new thinking based on fragmentation is the "fragmentation thinking".This way of thinking has a certain effect in real life,but which largely isolates the organic connection between the object of cognition and the things outside,the decisions made are often no longer complete,rational,and responsible.Analysis of "fragmentation thinking" in the perspective of philosophy of technology helping people discover the underlying factors,so finding a solution that play its role reasonably to circumvent its negative impact on human social life.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research on fragmentation problems at home and abroad,to understanding some research results about the changes in the thinking of the information age,the feature of fragmentation thinking and the training of integral thinking.Secondly,combining the performance of various thinking problems in the modern information society,giving a definition of fragmented thinkingthe of philosophy of technology,and sort out three characteristics of “not easy to integrate”,“all links have ‘fragmentation' characteristics”and“hard to repair themselves”.At the same time,based on the problems of fragmentation thinking on modern society which such as the elimination of the integrated thinking,the dissolution of the collectivist concept and hindering the individual comprehensive developmnt,analyzing the information technology,social environment and personal psychological factors that cause fragmentation thinking.And then,this paper analyzes fragmentation thinking from the perspective of epistemology,point that the cognition subject have fragmentation thinking habits,the knowledge structure and evaluation method in the society have feature of fragmentation.The two part affect each other in the process of recognize,thus the fragmentation of thinking is easily to be ignored in the modern information society.Finally,through the above analysis of fragmentation thinking,summarizing the effective ways to restrict fragmentation thinking: From the perspective of technical design,advocate responsible innovation,integrate into the overall thinking mode,and constraint the generation of fragmentation information;From the perspective of education,we should strengthen the standard in quality education,philosophy education and standard education of family,and avoid the lack of corrective mechanism;From the perspective ofsocial background,standardize information dissemination channels and selection mechanisms,encourage integral thinking in the internet and talent selection mechanism,thereby reducing the possible negative impact of fragmentation thinking.
