The production efficiency gap between various enterprises in Shenzhen is large,which may be due to the different stocks of intellectual capital.For enterprises with backward productivity,an effective way to shorten the gap between advanced enterprises and productivity is to accumulate intellectual capital.In addition,the Shenzhen government hopes to encourage independent research and development through subsidy policies,thereby accumulating intellectual capital.Therefore,it is a necessary research topic to study the relationship between the total factor productivity rate and intellectual capital of enterprises.This paper uses the relevant data of some enterprises in Shenzhen in 2014-2015 to study the relationship between total factor productivity and intellectual capital at the enterprise level.Since the data does not account for the total factor productivity of the enterprise,we use the OLS method,the FE method,the OP method,and the DEA method to calculate the total factor productivity of the enterprise.However,since the TFP data calculated by the DEA method does not match the normal value,the total factor productivity calculated by the OLS method,the FE method and the OP method is finally used for regression.This paper establishes a multiple linear regression model and discusses the regression results.The overall regression results show that there was a significant positive correlation between the total factor productivity of Shenzhen enterprises and intellectual capital.Shenzhen's manufacturing and IT services companies are the main companies in Shenzhen,accounting for 54% and 31% respectively,and there are differences between the two industries.We conducted a separate regression analysis of the Shenzhen manufacturing and IT service companies in the data.The regression results show that the elasticity coefficient of productivity and intellectual capital of Shenzhen manufacturing enterprises is similar to that of IT service enterprises.Shenzhen was divided into Guannei and Guanwai in the early days.We conduct classified regression analysis of corporate data according to the different administrative regions of the company.The results show that the productivity coefficient of the enterprises in the Guannei district is higher than that of the Guanwai district enterprises.
