The Sea-related Enterprises Research On The Characteristics And Policies Of Foreign Direct Investment Of Countries Along The Maritime Silk Road

The publication of "Vision and Action to Promote the Co-construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21 st Century Marine Silk Road" has created an important opportunity for the development of China's marine economy and even the world's marine economy.In the 21 st century,the Maritime Silk Road has a wide field of cooperation.It is an important goal for China's enterprises to make good industrial choices for foreign direct investment and strengthen industrial cooperation with countries along the Marine Silk Road.The government proposes to speed up the construction of a powerful marine country and realize the "the Dream of China" of great rejuvenation by increasing cooperation in marine industry,which not only meets the requirements of national marine construction,but also provides a good opportunity for the sea-related enterprises to expand foreign exchanges.In particular,it is to continuously strengthen foreign direct investment in the sea-related enterprises,especially in the context of "the Belt and Road" initiative,and to develop direct investment cooperation with countries along the Maritime Silk Road.Therefore,combing the characteristics of China's foreign direct investment in the countries along the Marine Silk Road can not only enhance the ability and level of foreign direct investment of the enterprises concerned,but also make some contributions to the marine economic and trade cooperation along the Marine Silk Road in the 21 st century.Based on the research viewpoints of scholars at home and abroad,this paper introduces the relevant theories of international direct investment theory,regional economic cooperation theory and public policy through the reading and combing of related literatures in the early stage,and draws lessons from the theory and practical experience of foreign direct investment of other enterprises and so on.This paper collects and collates the data and information of the overseas direct investment of China's sea-related enterprises in the countries along the maritime Silk Road,and makes a comparative analysis of the present situation and characteristics of the investment of the sea-related enterprises in the countries along the Maritime Silk Road,by using the descriptive statistical analysis method.By using the statistical method of linear regression analysis,this paper makes an empirical study on the factors,affecting the resources of China's sea-related enterprises for foreign direct investment,and analyses how the sea-related enterprises should "go out" from multiple perspectives.Finally,it summarizes the policy suggestions of the foreign direct investment for the sea-related enterprises to countries along the Silk Road.Through the research of the process in foreign direct investment,it is found that the maritime enterprises should seize the opportunity to invest in the countries along the Marine Silk Road and obtain efficient cooperation with the marine industries of the countries along the Marine Silk Road,and constantly investigate the domestic political stability of the countries along the Marine Silk Road,the macro-control policies of the government and preferential policies of the government.Whether the development potential of industrial projects in the host country is strong,and whether the cooperative projects with the countries along the Silk Road on the sea can be better,faster and smoother promoted,thus reducing the investment risk of the projects;besides,the empirical study of various resource characteristics reveals that social capital and human resource play an important role in the foreign direct investment of the sea-related enterprises.
