| As a national top-level cooperation initiative,the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road will greatly promote the economic development of the countries and regions along the route,and has a profound significance for promoting economic globalization.As container liner is an important carrier of maritime transportation,the entire container liner shipping system will be affected by a variety of risk factors of its own internal and external environment,resulting in outstanding marine logistics risks.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the ability of the container liner shipping network along the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road to withstand risks in terms of reliability.First,according to the theory of complex networks,with ports as nodes and routes between ports as directed edges,a complex network of container liner shipping is constructed.Since the normal operation of the port is crucial to the reliability of the shipping network,the failure probability value of the node is established by establishing a node failure probability evaluation system for the container liner shipping network,thereby laying a foundation for quantitative analysis of the reliability of the shipping network.Secondly,it analyzes the reliability problems faced by the current marine silk road container liner shipping network.It is concluded that the urgent problem to be solved is how to improve the connectivity and quasi-shift rate of the shipping network,so this paper analyzes the reliability of the network from the two dimensions of connectivity reliability and time reliability,and establishes a connectivity reliability simulation model and Quantitative model of time reliability.Then,using Z shipping company to cover the container liner shipping network along the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road as an application case for simulation,calculation and analysis of the reliability of the connectivity of the shipping network under random and selective failures of port nodes And time reliability values,the simulation results show that the port node is more harmful to the reliability of the shipping network than the random failure in the case of selective failure.Moreover,under the selective failure of three port nodes based on node intermediary,node degree value,and node failure probability,there are significant differences between the connection reliability value and the time reliability value of the shipping network.And according to the analysis results,we can find the core hub port nodes and other key factors that have a greater impact on the reliability of the shipping network.Finally,measures and suggestions are given to improve the reliability and time reliability of the 21 st century Maritime Silk Road container liner shipping network. |
