Study On Method Of City Bus Service Evaluation Based On Chinese Online Reviews

Urban public transport is an important part of a city.The quality of public transport service level of a city not only reflects the city's appearance and appearance,but also has a close relationship with the city's humanistic spirit,public security and social harmony.In recent years,great achievements have been made in urban traffic construction.However,whether a city bus can continue to meet the needs of citizens and give them a good ride experience.This requires a reasonable evaluation of the satisfaction of the city's public transport.However,how to ensure the scientific,objective and practical evaluation results.This has a great relationship to improve the quality of urban public transport service.Traditionally,most of the methods of urban public transport satisfaction analysis are based on questionnaires,which are filled out by the public and then evaluated by a certain number of questionnaires.However,there are some obvious shortcomings in this approach.For example,whether the number of samples meets the needs of the evaluation algorithm,whether the design of the questionnaire is reasonable,and whether the respondents can fill in the corresponding questionnaire objectively and accurately.Because of many uncertainties,the results of urban public transport satisfaction analysis lack of scientific,objective and universal.In view of the limitations of the traditional evaluation method of urban public transport satisfaction based on questionnaire survey,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of urban public transport satisfaction based on network comment.The main idea is to complete the evaluation of urban public transport satisfaction by crawling and analyzing online comments.This method based on network comment has certain flexibility and adaptability.It can be adjusted according to different situations and different groups of people.Firstly,this paper elaborates the current research status of urban public transport satisfaction,and illustrates the existing problems in the current evaluation methods of urban public transport satisfaction.Then,it elaborates how to achieve the goal of evaluating urban public transport satisfaction through crawling and analyzing network comments.Finally,a new evaluation method of urban public transport satisfaction is constructed.Then,this method is applied to the evaluation of bus satisfaction in Wuhan,and the evaluation results are analyzed and summarized.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation method are analyzed,and the full text is summarized.
