With the advent of the e-commerce era,the pace of corporate economic activities is getting faster and faster,and the market competition is gradually expanding to the competition of time,which is manifested in the competition of order response cycle.Moreover,after the customer places an order,not only the requirements for the delivery time are getting higher and higher,but also the packaging quality of the order is guaranteed.Therefore,in order to obtain sustainable competitiveness and meet the needs of customers,enterprises often invest a large amount of manpower,material resources and financial resources in order packaging,resulting in high costs.Secondly,in the actual operation of the enterprise,there will be cases of different levels of order arrivals.For example,during the double eleven,double twelve,and 618,the order volume will increase several times than usual.So how to improve the packaging efficiency of the order and ensure the packaging quality of the order in this case,so as to reduce the cost of the order packaging process as much as possible,is an important issue that enterprise managers need to consider,establishing the objective function model for minimizing the total cost of order packaging queuing system for individual packagers.Therefore,this paper takes the queuing phenomenon formed by the packing order of packaging personnel as the research object,which is called the order packaging queuing system.At the same time as the research on the arrival rate of the packaging order and the packing speed of the packaging personnel,further analysis of the skill level of the packaging personnel is made,and based on the research on the cost structure of the general queuing system considering the cost of stay and service cost,the damage cost under the influence of the skill level and packaging speed of the packaging personnel is considered.By solving the mathematical model,when the arrival rate of the order is low,there is no need to control the arrival of the order,and only the packaging personnel with the optimal packaging speed and skill level need to select the packaging.When the order arrival rate is high,the arrival of the order should be controlled,and there will still be an optimal packaging speed and skill level,and the two are only related to the average value of each order,the highest standard of packaging,and the fixed salary of the personnel.Based on the research of the order packaging system of individual packaging personnel,this paper further considers the impact of the number of packaging personnel on the total cost of the system according to the actual situation of the enterprise.Therefore,the objective function model of minimizing the total system cost of multiple packaging personnel is constructed.And through the AnyLogic study simulation,the arrival of two different orders in the peak period of the order and the off-peak period of the order are analyzed.It is found that the optimal number of packagers and the order arrival rate are positively correlated,and the peak order period is more efficient than the packaging staff during the off-peak period.At the peak of the order,companies need to deploy more packaging personnel to meet the order packaging needs of enterprises,so that enterprises will have higher costs.Through the modeling and optimization research on the staffing problem of the order packaging queuing system,it provides an optimized configuration plan for reducing the cost of the operation of the enterprise order packaging,and also provides relevant suggestions for the management personnel of the enterprise.
