The automatic packaging system developed by RIAMB for polyester filament production has completely replaced the human work industry,and has been widely promoted and applied in the chemical fiber industry.Although the level and reliability of our system and equipment are close to those of foreign products and are in the leading position in China,the single-line production capacity is lower than that of imported systems,and the efficiency is the shortcoming we need to make up for.Due to the complexity of automatic packaging line system,the rhythm of each subsystem is different but interrelated.According to the “barrel effect”,in order to improve efficiency,only by filling the shortboard can the efficiency of the whole packaging line be improved.By fully analyzing and reasonably planning the scheme of the automatic packaging line system and compiling the system control algorithm and program according to the conclusion of logistics planning,the purpose of improving the efficiency of the automatic packaging line is achieved,and the application of the results obtained will be more conducive to the promotion of the system in the future.Based on the actual demand of a polyester filament production enterprise,this paper introduces the functional characteristics,process flow,subsystem composition and performance of the automatic packaging line system.In order to realize the rhythm calculation and logistics optimal planning of the automatic packaging line system,the simulation software of AutoMod system is used to model and simulate.The simulation data are analyzed and compared to find out the short board of the system speed.Through the Source File simulation program,the core issues such as empty disc on-line process,the optimal shunt ratio of bagging machine,the mechanical layout of the packing area are simulated and calculated,and the optimal scheme is obtained.Finally,through the optimization design of the process and control algorithm of the automatic packaging line system,the simulation optimization scheme is realized,and the optimization results are verified in the actual project,so as to achieve the research purpose of improving the overall efficiency of the packaging line logistics system.
