Research On The Effective Allocation Of Regional Logistics Resources Based On DEA-Tobit And SD

In September 2014,the State Council promulgated the medium and long term plan for the development of logistics industry 2014-2020,which clearly proposed that the construction of regional integration should be taken as an important direction of logistics development.The best use of regional characteristics,rational organization within the region and effective coordination of regional resources are the main ways to promote the development of regional logistics.In recent years,the state's investment in logistics resources has gradually increased.However,the level of logistics development in different regions is different,and the efficiency of logistics resources is also different.It is of great practical significance to clarify the current differences in regional resource utilization and the interaction between regional logistics and economic growth.Based on the unbalanced development of regional logistics leve l,insufficient resources input and unreasonable investment structure of logistics resources,this paper uses data envelopment analysis method(DEA),Tobit regression model and system dynamics(SD)to construct the impact model of regional logistics resources and economic development of China.According to the qualitative and quantitative basis,this paper puts forward how to adjust the investment structure of logistics resources in eastern,central and western regions,how to expand market demand and reduce logistics differences,and how to fully use the logistics investment to promote regional economy.The specific research process is:Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the research methods and technical routes of the article.Secondly,it expounds the related logistics concepts,the main methods of efficiency evaluation and the basic theory of system dynamics,and finds out the existing problems by analyzing the development of regional logistics in China.Thirdly,according to the theory and method of data envelopment model,CCR,BCC and SE-DEA models are used to analyze the resource efficiency of 31 provinces and cities in China.Then,using DEA efficiency as an independent variable,Tobit model is used to analyze the influence of macro factors in different regions on DEA efficiency.On the basis of DEA static analysis,the system dynamics model is established.The model is proved stable and reliable through the empirical simulation of the national data from 2010 to 2016.Then the system dynamics model is used to analyze the promotion of regional logistics resources to economic growth in the eastern,central and western regions by adjusting different factors.Fina lly,according to the analysis conclusion of the previous mathematical model,the relevant policy recommendations and research prospects are given.This paper combines DEA-Tobit model with system dynamics model.Through horizontal regional comparison and vertical time comparison,scientifically reflects the current situation of the use of regional logistics resources and the impact on regional economy in China,and gives targeted suggestions,which have certain innovation and practical significance.
