Spatial Distribution And Coordination Planning Of Water Resources Utilization In Shiyang River Basin

The Shiyang River Basin is located in the arid region of Northwest China.It is the third largest inland river basin in the Hexi Corridor and an important grain production base in the Northwest.Studying the spatial layout of water resources utilization in the Shiyang River Basin is of great significance for solving the unreasonable water structure in the Shiyang River Basin,improving the ecological environment of the river basin and preventing desertification.In order to scientifically study the spatial layout of water resources utilization in the Shiyang River Basin,this paper uses principal component analysis to establish a spatial layout model for water resources utilization in the Shiyang River Basin,and uses SPSS and GIS spatial analysis software to utilize water resources in the Shiyang River Basin.The spatial layout is analyzed and calculated and visualized.The spatial distribution relationship of water resources in the Shiyang River Basin is related to the supply and utilization of water resources.The water supply in the Shiyang River Basin has a spatial layout of “stronger in the east and weaker in the west”.The use of water resources is affected by four factors affecting agricultural water use,urban water use,ecological water use and new industrial water use.The agricultural water use mainly presents the spatial layout of “the weaker north and south and the middle is stronger”,the urban water use presents the spatial layout of “the north is stronger and the south is weaker”.The spatial distribution of ecological water use is "weak in the north and south,strong in the middle",and the spatial distribution of newly added industrial water use is "stronger in the West and weaker in the east".The comprehensive water resources capacity presents a spatial layout of “stronger in the middle and weaker in the north and south” in space.According to the spatial layout relationship of water resources utilization in Shiyang River Basin,the Shiyang River Basin Planning and National Economic and Social Development Planning,Land and Space Planning,Regional Planning,Urban System Planning and Urban Master Planning are carried out based on “multi-regulation”.Coordinate planning research,in coordination with national economic and social development planning,mainly through the construction of resource sharing platform,improve the coordination management system,coordinate planning and preparation,improve water use efficiency,accelerate the construction of water conservancy facilities in Gansu Province,and develop Jinchang Water Savings Agriculture and strengthening environmental protection in Wuwei.In coordination with the land space planning,through the establishment of a coordinatedplanning system,improve the management coordination mechanism,delineate four control lines,and protect the four districts;coordinate with the main functional area planning to achieve docking of water resources in the basin,and rationally allocate watersheds.Water resources.When coordinating with regional planning,it will improve the utilization efficiency of water resources mainly by establishing an effective coordination and unification mechanism and adjusting the industrial structure;ensuring the rational use of water resources in the basin by increasing the construction of water conservancy facilities and strengthening ecological environment protection.Conserving water resources in the basin.When coordinating with the urban system planning,it mainly focuses on water source construction and water resources management,and establishes an information technology sharing platform to meet the water demand of the Jin-Wu Oasis Ecological Development Zone,and implements water conservation while implementing the overall allocation of water resources.In the society of the type,in accordance with the urban spatial pattern of “three districts and three zones,one core and four cores”,the regional comprehensive industrial capacity will be enhanced to solve the conflict of water resources utilization.Coordinate with the overall urban planning,mainly through the establishment of a coordination mechanism,improve the management system,balance the water demand of cities(towns)and townships under the premise of clarifying the water demand of the overall urban planning,and resolve the contradiction between water use in cities(towns)conflict.
