In the process of rapid urbanization in China,the urban appearance and people's material living standards have undergone tremendous changes.However,in this process,China's urban climate and environment have also faced severe challenges,followed by a number of urban climate problems are increasingly serious,such as acid rain,greenhouse effect and air pollution.This is due to the rapid economic development of our country and the continuous transfer of population to cities.As the result of the continuous construction of the city,the spatial form of the city is constantly changing.The urban area continues to expand,the building density continues to grow,and the urban landscape gradually increases.With the increase of urban capacity,the urban microclimate is also facing the problems of increased heat island effect,declining urban ventilation capacity and insufficient sunshine,which endangers the working life,physical and mental health and daily activities of urban residents.Shenyang is a typical city in the severe cold region.It is cold in winter and has a heating period of six months.The burning of coal causes extremely bad effects.Due to the long duration of winter and low wind speed,the main urban area often produces air pollution weather of closed type,smoked type and inversion type.At the same time,the outdoor temperature in winter is low,and the green plants are difficult to survive.So there is almost no greening in the city,so that the air cannot be purified,and the spread of pollutants is seriously hindered,caused the increase in the number of haze weather in winter.The air is seriously polluted.The urban riverside block is an important part of the urban ecosystem,so it is of great significance to study the wind environment along the both sides of the Weihe River in Shenyang.This paper takes the wind environment on both sides of the Weihe River in Shenyang as the research object,and connects the urban form with the wind environment based on the roughness theory.Through the field measurement and three-dimensional modeling,the windward surface density in the six blocks is calculated,a windward surface density map is established.Intuitively describing the wind environment in the study area,it is found that the greater the windward surface density,the greater the hindrance of the building to the wind.In the process of research,the research area is used for 3D city modeling to calculate the windward surface density,to judge the ventilation efficiency at the pedestrian height,to understand the ventilation status,and to find there is a correlation between the building density,building height,windward direction and windward side according to the calculation results.And the regional wind environment can be optimized through three respects.Through the study of the overall wind environment in Shenyang City,through the form of software simulation to study the reasonable choice of building density,windward direction and building height,it is found that the building density is controlled under25%,and the windward angle of the windward side is 17.5°,low-rise and multi-storey buildings are arranged on the south side of the base,and high-rise buildings on the north side have a good wind environment,which is conducive to the spread of pollutants.In this paper,the strategies for improving the urban wind environment are proposed in the aspects of control of building density,control of building height and selection of windward direction,which will provide reference for the planning and construction of the banks on both sides of the Hunhe River in Shenyang.
