Due to the unique geographical location and monsoon climate environment,the Bohai Rim region has different urban climate and environment problems from other places:(1)The summer is hot,the air humidity is high,and the solar radiation is strong,so the urban design needs to focus on natural ventilation;(2)The winter is cold and the wind speed is high.In order to reduce the adverse impact of the cold wind on the thermal environment of the outdoor public space,it is necessary to consider how to avoid the wind.This area belongs to a monsoon climate zone,and the wind direction changes with the change of seasons.The dominant wind direction in winter and summer is often opposite or close to the opposite.How to use the characteristics of wind and climate conditions to balance the problems of summer ventilation and winter shelter,and to create a good urban environment are important issues to be considered in the urban design of the Bohai Rim region.This article mainly carried out the following work:Based on the typical meteorological year parameters in the "Building Energy Efficiency Meteorological Parameter Standards",the statistical analysis of the wind frequency data of wind upwards in 23 cities included in the data set,based on the old norms,a quantitative calculation method of dominant wind direction is proposed.There are five kinds of included angles between the dominant wind direction in winter: the included angle range is 0~45°,the included angle range is 67.5°~112.5°,and the included angle range is 135°~180°,only in summer and winter A city with a dominant wind direction in a season and a city with no dominant wind direction throughout the year,summer and winter.Combined with the statistical results of the dominant wind direction and wind frequency characteristics,it is found that although the dominant wind direction and wind frequency are the largest,the average wind speed is different,and the analysis of wind and climatic conditions based on the dominant wind direction has limitations.Comprehensively considering the effects of wind direction and wind speed,the wind direction frequency and the wind speed in this direction are integrated into the "ventilation coefficient" and "wind shelter coefficient",and the ventilation rose diagram and the wind shelter rose diagram are drawn.According to the characteristics of the angle of the wind direction,the cities in the Bohai Rim region can be divided into Four large types and seven small types,the cities included in each type have the same wind environment characteristics.Based on the zoning of the wind and the wind rose map,the representative cities are selected from seven different wind environment types to conduct wind environment simulation analysis,and establish the wind environment evaluation index at the pedestrian height: by analyzing the ratio of static wind area,Factors such as the area ratio of strong winds determine the wind environment status of the residential area,use the residential wind environment evaluation index to evaluate the wind environment comfort of the residential area,analyze the orientation of the residential area with the optimal wind environment characteristics,and find problems in other residential areas.Simulate the actual wind environment in the residential area,analyze the problems of the wind environment and the adjustment methods.After the adjustment,the winter cold and shelter pressure in the residential area is reduced,and the K value of the wind environment comfort index in the residential area is increased.
