It is very important for regional highway network to have good earthquake disaster resilience.That is,after the earthquake,the damage of key infrastructure in the highway network is lighter(or even if a certain degree of damage occurs,the necessary functions can be restored after a short period of maintenance),or because the topological structure of the highway network has better redundancy,the highway network can maintain the necessary capacity after the earthquake.Previous studies on seismic disaster assessment of highway transportation systems have focused more on the seismic damage assessment of single highway infrastructure(roads,bridges,tunnels,culverts,etc.).There are few studies on the assessment of the overall highway network's traffic capacity and maintenance service capacity after the earthquake.Based on this background,this paper firstly summarizes the existing research on seismic damage assessment,economic loss calculation and repair time calculation of regional highway infrastructure,and improves some of them.On the basis of these methods,combined with network connectivity analysis,regional highway network is proposed.Definition and calculation method of collateral seismic ductility evaluation index and seismic ductility curve.The main research contents of this paper include:1)Summarize the methods of earthquake damage prediction for various infrastructures of existing regional highway networks,and give the formulas of earthquake damage prediction.According to the survey results of actual earthquake damage of several highway trunk lines in Wenchuan earthquake,the method of earthquake damage prediction is verified.2)Summarize the evaluation methods of loss ratio and repair time of various infrastructure in highway network.Firstly,according to the existing methods to determine the loss ratio of highway infrastructure,the median loss ratio of various infrastructure under different damage levels is sorted out;then,the methods to determine the economic loss and repair time of Highway Bridges Based on the loss ratio of facilities and the loss ratio of functions are summarized;finally,the Wenchuan earthquake collected by the research group is adopted.Data are taken as samples,and 12 main disaster investigation lines and 200 bridges are selected to analyze the economic losses and repair time.3)Using spatial L-model,the impact of single infrastructure damage on road network capacity is analyzed from the perspective of network.Based on this,the evaluation index of seismic toughness of road network and the calculation method of seismic toughness curve are put forward.Finally,taking Wenchuan earthquake as an example,a highway network with 31 nodes and 45 edges is established.The changes of network connectivity index and seismic toughness index before and after the earthquake are calculated,and the seismic toughness curve of highway network is drawn,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.
