Research On The Influence Of Industrial Structure On Environmental Pollution In China

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has grown rapidly,and its economic aggregate has leapt to the second place in the world.The traditional economic growth is mainly extensive growth.With the rapid economic growth,the environmental pollution problem has become more and more severe,and the industrial structure will have an important impact on the ecosystem.The industrial structure changes and the corresponding ecosystem changes.If the industrial structure is in the process of development,it does not find a suitable road,only pursues economic growth,and unscrupulously releases pollutants into the environment,exceeding the environmental tolerance,it will cause permanent damage to the natural environment.The industrial structure determines the level of pollutant emissions in the economy,and the relationship between the industrial structure and the natural environment is inseparable.A reasonable adjustment of the industrial structure is essential for protecting the environment and promoting sustained economic growth.This paper studies the impact of industrial structure on environmental pollution and is of great significance for coordinating economic growth and ecological environment.This paper first defines the related concepts of industrial structure and environmental pollution,expounds the theory of industrial structure evolution,and analyzes in detail the mechanism of the impact of industrial structure on environmental pollution,laying a theoretical foundation for analysis.Secondly,in the current situation analysis part,the internal situation of the first,second and third industries,the rationalization coefficient of the industrial structure,the industrialization structure advanced coefficient,the problems and causes of the industrial structure,the industrial sulfur dioxide emissions,the industrial wastewater discharge,the industrial general solid waste The amount was analyzed in detail.In the empirical analysis section,we selected industrial sulfur dioxide emissions,industrial wastewater discharge,industrial solid waste production in 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)from 2003 to 2016,and established the environmental pollution comprehensive index by entropy method.Variables,the proportion of the added value of the first,second and third industries toGDP as a model for the interpretation of the model,the empirical results show that the first and third industries are inversely proportional to the comprehensive index of environmental pollution,and the secondary industry and environmental pollution comprehensive index are positive.This shows that the secondary industry is aggravating environmental pollution,while the primary and tertiary industries are conducive to reducing environmental pollution.Taking the environmental pollution comprehensive index as the explanatory variable,the panel data analysis is established with the industrial structure rationalization coefficient and the industrial structure advanced coefficient as explanatory variables.The empirical research results show that the industrial structure rationalization coefficient is directly proportional to the environmental pollution comprehensive index,and the industrial structure is advanced.The coefficient of chemical conversion is inversely proportional to the comprehensive index of environmental pollution.Because the rationalization coefficient of industrial structure is inversely proportional to the degree of rationalization,the result means that the more rational and advanced the industrial structure,the more favorable it is to reduce environmental pollution.Finally,through empirical analysis,propose countermeasures,determine the direction of industrial structure adjustment in the future,accelerate the transfer of industrial structure from secondary industry to tertiary industry,improve the rationalization and advanced degree of industrial structure,and play an important role in reducing environmental pollution.
