| Since the 21 st century,China's economy has maintained a high growth rate,and the total GDP of 2010 has risen to the second largest in the world.But demand structure is not reasonable in the process of economic growth,environmental pollution problems such as excessive,imbalance of regional economic development still exists,proportion of industrial structure(especially the proportion of the tertiary industry)gap with developed countries still larger.With the advent of the era of information economy,information consumption has become the current innovation is the most active,the most rapid growth,one of the most extensive economy radiation,to boost domestic demand,promoting employment,and plays an important role in leading industrial upgrading,to information consumption for upgrading the industrial structure to become under the background of the new normal is steady growth and the important measures for restructuring.How to understand the internal relationship between information consumption and industrial structure upgrade? How and how does the level of information consumption in China play a role in the upgrading of industrial structure? How does this effect differ across the country? The study of these problems is of great significance to the development of information consumption to promote industrial structure upgrade strategy.Therefore,this article is based on the national 31 provinces and cities in 2003-2015 panel data,build regional information consumption level,industrial structure upgrading comprehensive evaluation index system,and making use of the entropy method to calculate the national 31 provinces and cities area information consumption and the industrial structure upgrade the comprehensive index of level;A more comprehensive and innovative to time and space analysis method is applied to the combination of information consumption level and the empirical study of relationship between industrial structure upgrade,on the basis of the comprehensive index of level,the panel unit root tests,panel cointegration analysis,PVAR model and impulse response model discusses the regional information consumption elements and the dynamic relationship between the industrial structure upgrade speed;And space measurement method was used to study the regional information consumption level and the upgrading of industrial structure of spatial correlation,by constructing spatial panel model analyzes the regional information consumption level of the industrial structure upgrade the space effect and the regional differences.Research shows that: first,China's 31 provinces and cities regional information and upgrading the level of consumption and industry development is rapid,the overall is good,but there are still problems such as unbalanced regional development,information consumption and the composite index of industrial structure present the coastal economic development zone,the highest level in the western region of the lowest regional imbalance.Secondly,a dynamic relationship analysis results show that the regional development of the information consumption elements are speed and upgrade of industrial structure have long-term stable equilibrium relationship,for the upgrading of the industrial structure of the supply of information consumption and information consumption environment have significant positive response.Again,the space correlation test showed that information consumption and upgrading of industrial structure of spatial dependence were significantly,which shows the characteristics of agglomeration in geographic space between them,information consumption and upgrading of industrial structure level has obvious spatial spillover effect.Finally,the empirical results of the spatial measurement model show that the estimation results of the spatial panel model are superior to the ordinary panel model,and the spatial error model is superior to the spatial lag model.Regional information consumption has significant spatial promotion effect on industrial structure upgrading,and spatial dependence is mainly reflected in random error terms.The spatial effect of regional information consumption on industrial structure upgrading is the eastern region,then the western region,and finally the central region. |
