Acoustic releaser is a kind of underwater acoustic remote control equipment,which is widely used in marine engineering,seabed salvage,offshore energy exploration,marine environmental monitoring and other fields.The research and development of stable and reliable acoustic releaser has played an important role in ocean exploration.Acoustic releaser is composed of deck boxes and shallow& deep water acoustic releases transponder.The purpose of this project is to design an deep water acoustic releases transponder for withdraw electromagnetic detection system.In this paper,the design of the deep water acoustic releases transponder has a maximum working depth of 7 km and a load capacity of 500 kg.The communication between the underwater vehicle and the deck boxes uses PSK acoustic signal.This paper draws lessons from the acoustical releaser,which is well marketed at home and abroad.The deep water acoustic releases transponder is composed of five parts: launching module,receiving module,underwater acoustic transducer,release mechanism and control circuit.This paper introduces the correlative characteristics of underwater acoustic channel,deduces the design index of deep water acoustic releases transponder when it meets the expected working sea depth,and introduces the design process of deep water acoustic releases transponder circuit and execution release structure.The contents include narrow-band impedance matching of underwater acoustic transducer,SPWM modulation method of PSK acoustic signal,inverter design for amplifying SPWM signal,amplification circuit design,band-pass filter design,signal conditioning circuit design,power management module design of underwater machine,mechanical design of executing release mechanism,etc.The functions of each module are tested through relevant experiments.The parameters of the designed deep water acoustic releases transponder meet the design requirements and prove the reliability of the design. |
