Deep water release has become an indispensable device in deep-sea research,and its supporting facility called deck unit is also essential.The deck unit transmits a specific acoustic signal to release the deep water release remotely,then the deck unit detects whether the deep water release is released according to the signal returned by the deep water release.If the release is out of deck unit’s control,the release will not work correctly and expedition equipment which the release carries will not be recovered.The paper designs and implements a matched deck unit for the self-innovate release of Harbin Engineering University.The paper analyses the demand of the deck unit and demonstrates the main technical indicators according to the main function of the self-innovate release of Harbin Engineering University.Based on the main technical indicators,the paper designs the hardware platform which is divided into principal computer and lower computer.And the principal computer is an ARM9&WinCE6.0 IPC whose main functions are human-computer interaction,generating command code,displaying the information returned by the lower computer and saving the work-logs.The lower computer is divided into three parts: digital signal processing module with TMS320VC5509 A,low noise signal receiver module with SSM2212,signal transmitting module with Class-D power amplifier.On the basis of the hardware platform,the paper programs a related software including display control software for the principal computer and DSP software for the lower computer.The display control software is programmed by Visual Basic language in.NET Framework 3.5,and the DSP software is programmed by C language in Code Composer Studio v5.5.The deck unit is tested in both laboratory and anechoic tank,and the results of each test fulfill the design requirements.At last,the paper test the deck unit in outfield condition.The deck unit completes the task as expectation,and the outfield test achieves the desired effect.
