In recent years,with the development of human society,the demand for aquatic products is growing,the development and utilization of marine resources are constantly being carried out,but it is due to the unscientific use of chemicals,which directly or indirectly cause ecological pressure on the marine environment,and the marine ecological environment has been greatly damaged.How to reduce the environmental pressure brought about by development,as well as scientific and rational use of chemicals and ensure the sustainable development of the ocean has become an important research topic.Based on the data of marine environmental ecology surveys in Yueqing Bay for four quarters from 2017 to 2018,this study analyzed the triazophos in water and sediments of Yueqing Bay by establishing high-accuracy and high-sensitivity detection methods.The distribution law and occurrence characteristics,and through the laboratory simulation experiments,master the degradation process of triazophos in the marine environment,thus providing a scientific basis for the sedimentary environment restoration,environmental management and sustainable development of aquaculture in the aquaculture area.1.Three methods for the determination of triazophos in seawater were compared and analyzed.The mixture was extracted with dichloromethane n-hexane(3:7)and purified by alkaline alumina column.The limit of quantitation of GC-NPD was 0.02 ?g/L.The limit of quantitation was 0.1?g/L by GC-MS method.The limit of quantification was 0.05?g/L by UPLC-MS/MS method.The UPLC-MS/MS method has a small sampling volume,and the method is simple and rapid.It is suitable for the determination of trace triazophos in water.2.Three methods for the determination of triazophos in sediments were compared and analyzed.The mixture was extracted with dichloromethane n-hexane(3:7)and purified by silica gel column.The limit of quantification of GC-NPD was 1.0 ?g/kg.The limit of quantification was determined by GC-MS method to be 5.0?g/kg.The limit of quantification was 0.5?g/kg by UPLC-MS/MS method.The UPLC-MS/MS method has low sampling quality and low matrix effect,and the method is simple and rapid.It is suitable for the determination of trace triazophos in sediment.3.By analyzing the water quality and the content of triazophos in the sediments of Yueqing Bay,it is concluded that the concentration of triazophos in the environment decreases from north to south.The difference between the north and south salinity is greater,and the difference in concentration is more obvious.The accumulation of triazophos in low-concentration water has been detected by us,and some triazophos concentrations in seawater can cause acute toxic effects in some fish.4.The static triazophos water and sediment mixed degradation experiments showed that there was no triazophos residue detected after 30 days,and the triazophos digestion time in the four groups was between 15 and 30 days.
