Toadstools were perceived by human for a long time, but due to the large number of species and complex toxicant compositions, reports about mycetism are still common to us. Scientists did a lot of work in toadstool research, but most reports focused in the genus Amanita, few work concerned in Amatoxin from other genera.Based on the investigation of toadstool resource first, then allied with specimens, and literatures we have, the checklist of toadstools in Jilin Province is accomplished. 175 species from 77 genera, 35 families, 12 orders, 5 classes, 2 phyla are included. Among which, 161 species belong to Basidiomycota, 14 species are belong to Ascomycota. In order to research Amatoxin distribution characteristic, the systematic relationship of the group which contains the isomeride of Amatoxin, and the relationship of Amatoxin distribution with phylogeny status, 95 samples were detected other than genus Amanita. The main results are as follows:Applied HPLC, 38 samples of all 95 were excluded from containing α-amanita, β-amanita, Phalloidin at first, then for the purpose of obtaining more accurate results, UPLC-MS/MS were used in the rest 57 samples. Only Inocybe leiocephala contains amatoxins at last. Isomeride of Amatoxin were detected in 5 species in Galerina and 1 species in Tubaria.Applied molecular technology, based on specimens we have, phylogeny of 5 species in Galerina is discussed too. Result shows there is a strong aggregation in phylogenetic tree among Galerina species which contains Amatoxin and its isomeride.
