Inocybe are native to the palaeotropical flora and are found all over the world.Most of them are grown on a few rotten wood.Some species are found in coastal sand.It is difficult to identify the species due to the variety of the genus and the rich intraspecific variation.Reports about mycetism are still common to us.There are many inconveniences in treatment.Amanita toxins is a source of fear and a valuable resource for human exploitation.Many researchers have never stopped their research on poisonous mushrooms,especially on amanita toxins,but the research on amanita toxins mainly focuses on the genus Amanita,few work concederned in except Amatoxin from other genera,its have been paid little attention.The relationship of this toxin and systematic phylogeny status was discussed under the detection muscarine of Inocybe,Based on the previous research.In this paper,based on a field collection and investigation,morphological and phylogenetic study on the genus Inocybe in China were supplemented and perfected.Through the molecular phylogenetic tree,the classification of Inocybe within the genus,and inter-species differences were discussed.265 specimens,collected by author and colleagues Herbaria were examined.The 32 taxa were identified,among which there were 1 new species and 4 new recorded species.The new species was Inocybe elata T.Bau,and new records were: I.angustifolia(Corner & E.Horak)Garrido,I.langei R.Heim,I.catalaunica Singer,I.obscurobadia(J.Favre)Grund & D.E.Stuntz were described and illustrated,and SEM of spores were also given in this thesis.Two loci,ITS and LSU were used in the phylogenetic studeis and analysis.In this paper,41 samples from Inocybe were detected,the distribution law of muscarine was studied,and the systematic status of muscarine was classified by molecular biology.The HPLC,24 samples of all 41 were excluded from containing this toxin.UPLC-MS/MS were used in the rest 17 samples,the results showed that 9 samples containing muscarine at last,among which Inocybe maculata,Inocybe neobrunnescens,Inocybe assimilata and Inocybe nitidiuscula were reported for the first time.According to research of the relationship between muscarine and phylogeny statue in Inocybe and lay the foundation for exploitation and utilization of Agaricus resources.
