Asset Assessment Of Forest Land And Forest Resources In Guizhou Province Based On Continuous Forest Inventory

Assets Evaluation of Forest Resources is a complex and technical work.In recent years,the collective forest rights system has been continuously reformed,the modern market economy has developed rapidly,and forest resources assets have also undergone a large number of circulation,which has made the assessment of forest resources assets more and more important.In order to realize the precise management of forest resources in Guizhou Province,this study is based on the seventh and eighth time first class forest inventory data of Guizhou Province.According to the dominant tree species(group),forest species and age group,the replacement cost method,the present earning value method and the market-based forest value method were selected to evaluate the forest assets of young forest,middle age forest,near mature forest,mature forest and overmature forest in Guizhou Province.Economic forest trees choose the income present value method,and bamboo forests choose the annuity capitalization method.According to the forest land situation in the surveyed area,the annuity capitalization method and the forest land price method were selected to calculate the value of the forestland assets respectively.After the comparative analysis,one of the most suitable evaluation methods for forest land was selected.Dynamic analysis of the changes in the physical volume and value of forest trees in the two assessments.According to the research,the physical volume of the seventh forest land in Guizhou Province is 84,123 hundred hectares,the physical volume of forest is 2,791,153 hundred cubic meters;the physical volume of the eighth forest land is 86,122 hundred hectares,and the physical volume of forest is 3,438,440 hundred cubic meters.The total value of forest resources in the seventh forest was 732.267 billion yuan,of which the value of forest land resources was 477.729 billion yuan,and the value of forest trees was 254.538 billion yuan.The total value of forest trees in the eighth forest was 745.48 billion yuan,and the value of forest resources was 516.158 billion yuan.The value of forest trees is 229.425 billion yuan.Through the dynamic analysis of the results of the two assessments,it can be seen that the physical volume of forest trees in Guizhou Province is increasing,increasing by 1999 hundred hectares and 647,287 hundred cubic meters respectively;the total value of the eighth forestland and forest trees is greater than the seventh total value,an increase of 13.216 billion yuan,a large increase.
