quality of rivers from multiple perspectives,and is consistent with the actual situation.(2)In the study of absolute assets and liabilities of river water resources,the calculation method of absolute assets and liabilities of river water resources,considering water quality and water,is put forward.Calculate 2008-2013 river water resources static net assets were-26.6 billion,-10.2 billion,m3 were 791 million yuan,731 million yuan,782 million yuan,735 million yuan and 714 million yuan respectively.The total liabilities were 645 million yuan,664 million yuan,743 million yuan,786 million yuan and 858 million yuan respectively.The net assets were respectively 146 million,67 million,39 million,-0.51 billion,and-1.44 billion yuan.Study of Shandong water resources balance sheet to provide a theoretical basis and methods for the improvement of water resources in Shandong province and evaluation method of water resources management,and improve the existing environmental management system
