| Regional ecological efficiency is an important index to measure the sustainable development of regional economy.The agglomeration and development of producer services can not only directly promote the improvement of regional ecological efficiency,but also indirectly promote the improvement of regional ecological efficiency by influencing the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Therefore,the research on the impact of producer services agglomeration and industrial structure upgrading on regional ecological efficiency has important theoretical and practical significance for the realization of sustainable economic development.Based on the detailed literature and theory,this paper analyzes the development status of China’s productive service industry agglomeration,industrial structure upgrading and regional ecological efficiency,and expounds the role of productive service industry agglomeration,industrial structure upgrading and regional ecological efficiency.The mechanism,from the perspective of regional and five types of productive service industries,using the panel data of 30 provinces in mainland China from 2003 to 2016,using the mediation effect test method to empirically study the industrial structure upgrading in the production service industry.The intermediary role in the process of regional ecological efficiency improvement.The results show that,from a national perspective,the upgrading of industrial structure plays a part in mediating the overall agglomeration of producer services to promote regional eco-efficiency,including transportation,warehousing and postal services,information transmission computer services and software,and finance.The mediation effect in the three major types of industry is significant;in the economically developed eastern region,industrial structure upgrading plays a role in the process of transportation warehousing and postal services,information transmission computer services and software industry,and financial industry’s three types of agglomeration to promote regional ecological efficiency improvement.In the central and western regions where the economy is underdeveloped,the upgrading of industrial structure has not played a positive intermediary role.It is in the transportation warehousing and postal industry,information transmission computer services and software industry,and scientific research and technical service industries.Type agglomeration promotes the masking effect in the process of improving regional ecological efficiency. |
