Along with the development of ocean economy and IT technology,as well as more and more frequent trade among countries,the marine logistics also has a rapid development.In recent years,marine logistics has taken the idea of green development as a key element in implementing the "Belt and Road" strategy,which is a prospective and strategic area in the high quality development system.However,there is no thorough research on the factors influencing the green development of marine logistics,and it is believed that the cost of environmental protection will hurt the interests of the companies and hinder their development.Therefore,the two main representative factors of marine green development,are evaluated and their dynamic impact mechanism on the green development of marine logistics is studied,It has guiding significance for promoting marine logistics to accept the green development management concept.This article explores the impact of environmental factors on the development of maritime logistics based on existing literature research,such as improving the transportation mode of maritime logistics and the impact of the promulgation of maritime policies on the development of maritime logistics industry,starting from the environmental issues that are currently widely concerned internationally.The difference between the upgrading of industrial structure and the measurement of ecological efficiency in existing literature is that it not only focuses on the dynamic changes in industrial structure,but also analyzes in detail the proportion changes from the primary industry to the tertiary industry in 11 coastal provinces of China,and evaluates the state of industrial structure in coastal provinces of China from the perspective of static change characteristics;On the basis of existing literature on land ecological efficiency evaluation,we have expanded the evaluation of marine ecological efficiency and improved the selection of ecological construction evaluation indicators with a relatively single research level indicator system.The empirical test is the focus of this paper.Firstly,the industrial structure entropy is used to measure the upgrading level of marine industrial structure.The results show that the industrial structure of 11 coastal provinces in China has been continuously adjusted from 2006 to 2020,the industrial structure of 11 coastal provinces in China has been continuously adjusted,and the industrial structure is in harmony and order.Secondly,the Data envelopment analysis Model(SBM)is used to establish a scientific and comprehensive marine ecological efficiency evaluation index system to measure the marine ecological efficiency.The results show that from 2006 to 2020,the marine ecological efficiency of 11 coastal provinces in China showed a fluctuating and rising trend,especially in the previous years.Finally,the dynamic relationship among the upgrading of Marine industrial structure,Marine ecological efficiency and green development of Marine logistics was studied by Panel vector autoregressive model(PVAR).Through GMM estimation and pulse response diagram analysis,it can be concluded that the upgrading of marine industrial structure has a positive impact on the green development of marine logistics at a significant level of 10%,while the marine ecological efficiency has a positive impact on the green development of marine logistics at a significant level of 5% and 10%,that is,the acceptance of the green development management concept of marine logistics is conducive to long-term development. |
