This exeperiment is mainly aimed at the tumor root ofXanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge which is found in Shandong base.Tumor root and no tumor root(normal growth)of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bungeplants are the research object.YMA and beef extract peptone were used as the medium to isolate the root endophytic bacteria and observe the colony morphology. The effects of tumor on the leaves, roots and soil nutrients ofXanthoceras sorbifolia Bungeduring fruit growth and development were analyzed and compared. And weobserved the difference of microstructure under the two conditions. The tumor can improve the absorption of N elements ofXanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge through the preliminary analysis and this also affect the absorption of other mineral elements. The main results of the study are as follows.1.We obtained nine colonies with different appearance, texture, color and the growth rate. The secondary structure of the two types of roots is similar, but the secondary phloem cells with tumor roots are loose, the cell gap is large, the formation layer is thin, the number of secondary xylem cells is small and the arrangement is irregular. The secondary phloem of the no tumor roots had smaller intercellular space, thicker cambium layer and more secondary xylem cells.2.The results showed that the growth and chlorophyll content of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge were lower than those without tumor, and the difference was not significant. And the chlorophyll a/b value of the tumor root was larger than that of the normal plant in the fruit growth process.3.The results showed that the change of nutrient content in the leaves was consistent with the change of nutrient content in the normal state, and the content of N,P and K decreased with the growth and development of the fruit. And the contents of sodium, calcium and magnesium were increasing, the N/P values in leaves were less than 14.4.During the development ofXanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge, the contents of N,P and K in the roots of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge were decreased, and the content of phosphorus in tumor roots increased slightly. The contents of sodium, calcium and magnesium were increasing, but calcium content decreased slightly. The contents of nitrogen and calcium in tumor roots were significantly higher than those in no tumor roots.5.The contents of total nitrogen, available N and total P in the tumor rhizosphere and non-tumor rhizosphere soil decreased with the development of fruit. While the contents of total potassium, total magnesium and available phosphorus were increased. The available potassium of the tumor rhizosphere soil is increasing which is opposite to the soil state without tumor rhizosphere. The contents of total N,total K,available P and available K in the rhizosphere soil were higher than those in the non-tumor state. The content of total phosphorus in the rhizosphere soil was high in June.6.The urease activity in the rhizosphere of the tumor was significantly higher than that in the non rhizosphere.the activity of catalase was higher than that of the no tumor root in June, but in the contrary in the year of August.
