Conducting the evaluation of the independent disaster prevention capability of community geological disasters can intuitively judge the level of disaster prevention and mitigation in the community and provide a scientific basis for improving the capacity of community disaster prevention and mitigation.Methods of quantitative analysis,expert interviews,ISM and AHP-FCE was choosed to explore the influencing factors related to the independent disaster prevention capacity of community geological disasters,build the comprehensive evaluation index system,conduct the evaluation based two typical communities,and proposed measures to improve the level of disaster prevention and mitigation of community geological disasters.The main research results of the thesis are as follows:(1)Factors about the independent disaster prevention capability of community geological disastersThe main influencing factors of independent disaster prevention capacity of community geological disasters based on the methods of quantitative analysis and expert interviews,according to the classification criteria of structural disaster reduction measures and nonstructural disaster reduction measures was explored.Results show that the independent disaster prevention capability of community geological disasters is mainly affected by the following 11 influencing factors:1)structural disaster reduction measures: structure of house,early warning,disaster mitigation of shelter,disaster prevention project,2)non-structural disaster reduction measures: disaster reduction awareness,disaster reduction culture,emergency plan,management system,organizational system,emergency training and disaster reduction team.(2)Comprehensive evaluation index system for independent disaster prevention capability of community geological disasters11 influencing factors was modeled and analyzed by ISM method.Results show that there are hierarchical relationships between the 11 influencing factors,which are divided into three levels: surface layer,middle layer and deep layer.The factors of surface layer(structure of house,early warning,disaster mitigation of shelter,disaster prevention project,disaster reduction awareness and disaster reduction culture),affected by the middle layer(emergency training)and factors of deep layer(disaster reduction team,organization system,management system,emergency plan),can be used as a comprehensive evaluation index system for the independent disaster prevention capability of community geological disasters.(3)Evaluation of independent disaster prevention capability of typical community geological disastersTaking two typical communities in Rong County of Zigong: Yipishan community and Yejitang community as examples,evaluation of independent disaster prevention capability was conducted by AHP-FCE.Results show that Yipishan community's independent disaster prevention capability is good,and Yejitang community's is medium.Compared with Yipishan community Yejitang community's disaster prevention project and disaster reduction culture scores are poor.(4)Measures for improving the level of disaster prevention and mitigation in community geological disastersHow to improve the level of community disaster prevention and mitigation,from 11 influencing factors was explained.An ISM about improving the level of community disaster prevention and mitigation was drawn,according to the hierarchical order from the deep influencing factors to the surface.
