As a mainstay industry,Automobile industry becomes the important support for Chinese manufacturing power establishment. However, the competition situation of Chinese automobile industry is more and more cruel because of the subversive industrial revolution caused by technology development,self-driving technology fast development owned by high-tech enterprises, and the expansion of foreign capital. And it’s hard for Chinese automobile enterprises to keep advantages to win this game. This paper introduces the concept of Co-opetition(cooperation and competition)into automobile industry, and establishes the co-petition model of automobile group enterprises’ subsidiaries based on evolutionary game theory, which can help Chinese automobile group enterprises develop comprehensive competitiveness and gain competitive edge.To begin with, this paper summarizes researches on co-opetition.It explains the connotation of co-opetition mechanism from the perspectives of cooperation, competition and co-opetition.And the characteristics of co-opetition mechanism are dynamic, nonlinearity and openness. Also,it illustrates the theoretic basis of coopetition mechanism based on transaction cost theory and value net theory. Then the article introduces the concepts, development history and applications of evolutionary game theory. The two core concepts of evolutionary game theory are evolutionary stable strategy and replicator dynamics. To continue with, faced the fierce competition situation and serious challenging,Chinese automobile group enterprises should establish the co-petition mechanism of automobile group enterprises’ subsidiaries.Chapter 3 expounds the generation and properties of the co-opetition mechanism, analyzes its effect from the aspects of adversarial competition, simple synergy and coopetition.Thirdly, based on the above analysis, the paper applies evolutionary game theory to establish the co-petition evolutionary game model of automobile group enterprises’ subsidiaries. It takes two subsidiaries as an example to establish payoff matrix and analyze the stability of equilibrium points.Besides,it also considers the parameters of the evolutionary stable strategy. Finally, chapter 5 uses the data of S automobile group enterprise to conduct simulated analysis with MATLAB to verify rationality and reliability of the model, and put forwards co-opetition development strategies for Chinese automobile enterprises.Above all,the conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The characteristics of coopetition mechanism are dynamic, nonlinearity and openness. And led by the group goal, subsidiaries cooperate in value creation period like material purchase, research and development, marketing and promotion, subsidiaries compete in revenue distribution period like resources, customers and profits when directed by single goal.Cooperation leads competition while competition creates cooperation;(2)This paper establishes the co-petition evolutionary game model of automobile group enterprises’ subsidiaries and conducts equilibrium and stability analysis. And it can be known that cooperation strategy is evolutionary stable strategy. In addition, this article explores the influences of parameters;(3)Through simulated analysis verification with MATLAB,the co-petition evolutionary game model of automobile group enterprises’ subsidiaries is rational and reliable, meanwhile the simulation studies the effect of evolutionary game initial state;(4)This paper makes several useful suggestions to gain competition advantage: increase cooperation profits, decrease cooperation costs, and allocate profits rationally.
