Today's ocean has become the focus of attention of all countries.The strength of countries in the development and exploration of the ocean is increasing,it have also contributed to the accelerated development of sonar technology,and the sonar signal simulator is sonar,regardless of pre-development,mid-term verification and later Maintain essential tools.In the past,most sonar signal simulators were mainly dedicated,with complex types and single functions.It is difficult to form serialized,combined,generalized,and standardized products,which also restricts the development of sonar technology,in which modular hardware Design is one of the effective means of solving such problems.This paper takes the design and implementation of modular sonar signal simulator hardware as the main research content.Firstly,the research background,significance and development status of sonar signal simulator are expounded.In view of the shortcomings of current sonar simulator,the design and implementation of modular sonar signal simulator hardware is proposed.Secondly,the modular sonar signal simulator hardware scheme is designed,including functional module design,hardware overall scheme design and structural module design formed in the overall design scheme.The structural modules include: data transmission and storage module,multichannel analog signal Output daughter card module,power supply system module.Thirdly,the design and implementation of the simulator hardware circuit were carried out,and the circuit schematics of the above three structural modules were designed.The data transmission and storage modules include Cyclone V FPGA boards,USB3.0,STM32 and SD cards,FLASH,RS232,and power supply circuits.The multi-channel analog signal output daughter card module includes the design of Cyclone IV FPGA modules,SRAM,DAC,filters,synchronization,and inter-board and output interfaces.The power supply system module includes a 220V-48 V power adapter and a 48 V power module circuit design.The layout from the schematic to the PCB and the processing from the PCB file to the board to the placement chip are completed.Finally,the data transmission and storage module,multi-channel analog signal output daughter card module,power supply system module,inter-board transmission function,signal output function debugging and verification are completed.The modular sonar signal simulator hardware developed in this paper combines USB3.0 and Gigabit Ethernet port communication,NOR FLASH and SD card as well as SRAM storage,analog-to-digital conversion(DAC),and FPGA and ARM technologies.It is convenient and flexible.It does not limit the signal form,channel scalability and many other advantages,and can form a generic sonar signal simulator hardware platform to a certain extent.
