| The active and passive sonar signal simulator (APS) is a significant instrument forcommissioning and testing performance of the corresponding sonar. In recent years, thetechnology is developing into automation, miniaturization and integration. Therefore, APSSSappears a standardized and universal trend. To satisfy needs of a certain kind of facility, adigital signal simulator is designed for multi-channel and multi-platform. It provides theentire debugging system with synchronous real-time and various types of signals.The function of the simulator is discussed in this thesis. Through analyzing rudimentalcharacteristics of ocean acoustic field, a multi-path channel model similar to marineenvironment is structured, simplifying the problems of underwater acoustic channel.Computation simulation proves the validity of the related technology. As to signal designing,with typical signals analyzed, the multi-path channel is realized.The electrical simulator software consists of driver software display and control (DC)software. Based on the characteristics of PCI9054, the driver software is programmed usingDriverStudio, adopting Win32Driver Model(WDM)ï¼›while DC software, programmed usingLabVIEW, makes the unique GUI(Graphic User Interface) in the system by combingparameter settings with function realization. In addition, utilizing the IRP function codeproduced from the API function of the Win32system, the application program communicateswith the driver program, and ultimately accomplished real-time calculation and output.The real-time computation and output is a highlight of the simulator, which relies on twoaspects: on one hand, the DC software makes full use of the multi-threaded technology andqueue data structure, completing plenty of the signal parameter calculation and signalgeneration; on the other hand, the driver DMA mode, provides strong safeguard for sendingdata.APS in this dissertation, participates in the joint debugging, generating qualified,satisfactory signals. |
