Circular arrays are commonly used in sonar buoy arrays,bow arrays and smart speaker microphone arrays because they have the same performance of target detection and direction estimation in the plane 360 degree azimuth.In sonar receiving system,the circular array based on vector hydrophone combines acoustic pressure and vibration velocity processing technology on the basis of array signal processing,which is helpful to suppress ocean environmental noise and realize passive remote target detection at low signal-to-noise ratio.In this paper,the direction estimation of vector circular arrays in free field and cylindrical baffles is studied.Classical azimuth estimation methods are mainly classified into beam scanning and subspace decomposition.Therefore,the Minimum Variance Distortionless Response(MVDR)algorithm and Multiple Signal Classification(MUSIC)algorithm are used as representatives to introduce the two kinds of algorithms,and the performance of acoustic pressure circular array and vector circular array is simulated and compared.For circular arrays,the modal domain signal processing method can simplify the calculation of phase delay in the modeling process,and provide convenience for subsequent processing.Therefore,the output signal of vector Circular array phase modal domain is established,and the azimuth estimation problem of using MVDR and MUSIC algorithm in phase modal domain is realized.Considering the actual situation in engineering,the arrays are always installed on the supports,and the supports used by the arrays are usually cylinders.First,the general situation of the cylindrical baffle scattering sound field is introduced,and then the analytical solution of the scattering sound field of the rigid cylindrical baffle and the absolute soft cylindrical baffle is obtained,and then the analytical solution of the scattering field of the elastic cylindrical baffle is obtained.The parameters of the phase modal domain of the vector circular array under the condition of rigid and absolute soft and elastic baffle are obtained.Taking the MVDR algorithm as an example,the azimuth estimation performance of acoustic vector circular array simulation analysis is studied on the unbaffled and other three different material cylindrical baffles.Finally,the experimental data of lake test are processed to verify the correctness of theoretical research and the effectiveness of simulation analysis. |
