Game Analysis Of Quality Supervision Mechanism Of Generic Drugs In China With Multi-agent Participation

The quality of generic drugs is related to the health of the people.In the face of the vigorous and complex market environment of generic drugs,how to standardize the market of generic drugs in China,improve the quality supervision mechanism of generic drugs or improve the level of supervision is worthy of deep consideration.As for the quality supervision of generic drugs,it is generally believed that the government should take the main responsibility.However,the society has already changed into a new management mode with the participation of the whole people.So,the supervision of generic drugs can no longer solely rely on the government,but should conform to the trend of gathering all social forces to contribute to the long-term stability of the country.This is not only the responsibility of the people,but also the obligation of the people for the development of the country.According to the current system,besides government supervision departments,the main bodies of quality supervision of generic drugs in China should also include bidding departments,generic drugs manufacturers and consumers.However,the interests and roles of various supervision bodies are different,so they will have different strategies of behavior,which will bring varying degrees of impact on the quality supervision of generic drugs in China.In order to further study the game mechanism and impact of the different bodies' strategies of behavior,this paper combs the policies of supervision in China,analyses the existing problems in the process of supervision of generic drugs,summarizes the interfering factors of the supervisors,and uses game theory as an analytical tool to construct the game models between generic drugs manufacturers,bidding departments and generic drugs manufacturers,as well as the government supervision departments and generic drugs manufacturers,which is introduced incentive factor of consumer.Then,based on the analysis of models,paper discusses the evolution trend of each body's strategies of behavior,and reveals the reasons for each body's different strategies of behavior.Finally,based on the analysis of game models,and on the basis of effectively coordinating the conflicts of interests among the main bodies,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to provide some theoretical guidance for the improvement of the supervision level of generic drugs in China.The quality and safety of generic drugs is directly related to the realization of the life and health for people.Therefore,in order to ensure the quality and safety of generic drugs in our country,it is necessary to rely on the joint participation and efforts of government supervision departments,bidding departments,generic drugs manufacturers,consumers and so on.Only in this way can we effectively improve the level of quality supervision of generic drugs in our country and enable every citizen to have safe and effective generic drugs.
