With the development of GIS,the sharing,query and three-dimensional visualization service of geospatial data has been a hot topic in the era of big data.The existing spatial data visualization frameworks are short of using visual component in the modularization,not very expanding and low compatibility across the different frameworks.Geospatial data three-dimensional visualization system development has high requirements for software designers and it's not possible to quickly modify individual geospatial data visualization system whether it be a secondary developer or normal user,especially when data-processing requirements are from different professions.All the GIS software practitioner are look forward to build a general WebGIS visualization platform that can quickly integrate,handle and share all kinds of thematic data.This thesis present a three dimensional digital earth framework based on Cesium.Firstly,it will give an overall introduction of research background of WebGIS data visualization.Then the paper makes a comparative analysis of web front-end visualization techniques and major open source framework.To solve these problems about geographic visualization applications are clumsy and limiting,this thesis draw out a geospatial data visualization framework based on the open source JavaScript libraries of Cesium combined with the component technology of the front-end framework Vue.js and the open source visualization plug-in Echarts,and build a general three dimensional digital earth geospatial data visualization WebGIS platform that can reuse code and have a lower cost in system development.And take Yichang hydrometric station information management system as an example to develop and apply,practice has proven that both of the flexibility of secondary development and performance advantages are obvious.The result shows that three dimensional WebGIS digital earth visualization framework based on Vue and Cesium discussed in this paper has certain applied value.
