Developing the construction and application of Digital Geospatial Framework is not only conducive to economic development and social progress,but also conducive to the effective allocation of resources and scientific decision-making of government organs and enterprises.As an important part of spatial information infrastructure,the construction of geospatial framework is mainly based on basic geographic information data,which is the essence of digital city construction.Therefore,this study takes the construction of Sanming City Geospatial Framework Project in Fujian Province as an example,through the analysis of the composition of the domestic and foreign construction of Digital City Geospatial framework,based on the various standard geographic information data available in Sanming City in 2010,carries out demand analysis and feasibility study.The results show that:(1)The early accumulation of basic geographic information data in Sanming area has reached the standard of constructing geospatial framework,but some of the data do not fully meet the requirements of the framework for the current situation,so it is necessary to supplement and collect some uncovered regional data and data with insufficient current situation.(2)Among the basic geographic information of spatial framework,except the geographic information data specially collected for the construction of digital Sanming,some of the existing data are not up to the storage standard.In the process of storage integration,this paper uses AutoCAD,which is convenient for graphic editing,to edit and modify the non-conforming graphics,and uses LISP developer.The plug-in is designed.(3)After making the overall technical design of the digital Sanming geospatial framework,this paper integrates and improves the basic geographic information database and the public geographic framework database according to the existing basic geographic information data of Sanming City;and it faces three types of users(professional users,government users and the public)facing the main body of Sanming geospatial framework.The needs of users are analyzed reasonably,and the design of public service platform of digital Sanming geospatial framework is carried out separately.Based on integrated multi-source data transformation technology,LISP secondary development technology,service-oriented(SOA)architecture to build geographic information public platform,a full range of service engine integration technology,and CSW service directory bus technology based on Open Geospatial Information Alliance(OGC),this paper innovatively adopts integration.Data display platform,geographic service bus technology,NoSQL technology,proxy security mode and blacklist technology are used to construct the digital Sanming geospatial system,which realizes the sharing and effective use of multi-unit and multi-type user geographic information data.After the completion of the construction of digital Sanming geospatial framework,it has been widely used in the government,various functional departments and the public,and achieved the expected design requirements...
