The rapid development of the world economy and the popularization of the information industry have driven the steady growth of trade and the global transportation industry.In the global environment,the modern logistics industry stands out.The port is an important node in the logistics supply chain,so the development of the port business is also rapidly accelerating.The expansion of port business has been increasing,which has greatly promoted the economic and trade development of the port area and even the inland cities.The transportation,loading and unloading and warehousing functions of traditional ports have been unable to meet the requirements,so the management requirements for port information services are constantly increasing.The digital and informational construction of the port has become a general direction.It is necessary to be fully required in this direction in order to adapt the port development to the national economy and international demand.However,there are some problems of insufficient information and intelligence in domestic port management systems.Even though some ports have developed information management systems,they are only based on rigid management at the level of associated databases.There is still a lack of visual and intuitive information management systems.The combination of port information management systems and GIS has become a trend.This dissertation develops a system combining port data information and GIS technology by Java language.The system can manage port information such as navigation channels,harbor basins and berths more efficiently,intuitively and conveniently.The user can better and more intuitively grasp the arrival information through the geographic information data of the GIS satellite image.The system combines Baidu map on the PC port to display the satellite image of the port area.The user clicks on the satellite map to query the port information,which is intuitive and accurate.Moreover,the port ship can be managed according to the ship positioning.At the same time,the port channel is drawn on the GIS satellite map.The navigation safety can be determined by channel grade and water depth information.The yard area is drawn to facilitate ship loading and unloading and management.For the purpose of port property safety and personnel safety,the dangerous goods supervision module has also been designed to strictly control the registration and control of ship cargo and port enterprises.Port terminal dispatching is an important module of the port.It is necessary to implement various rigorous and comprehensive plans,such as yard planning,ship loading plan,berth plan and ship entry and exit plan,to effectively improve the operational efficiency of the port.At the same time,the management department can add,delete and change the port information.The user can discuss the arrival information through the communication platform,promptly feedback the problem and solve the problem.Building such a visual and interactive port GIS management system not only makes management efficient,but also allows users to have more intuitive information.
