With the development of economy and the increase of population,our demand for water resources is increasing.However,due to the irrational development and utilization of water resources,the contradiction between supply and demand has gradually become prominent.How to achieve sustainable utilization of water resources to promote social and economic development has attracted more and more researchers' attention.The Anning river basin has a mild climate,rich precipitation.As the Anning valley is flat,makes it the largest agricultural area in Sichuan.Due to the special natural geographical conditions and long-term interference of human activities,the frequent geological disasters,water shortage and deterioration of water ecological environment in Anning River basin have been caused.Therefore,scientific assessment of water resource vulnerability in Anning River basin is an important basis for water security and sustainable utilization of water resources.Based on the DPSIR conceptual model,this paper establishes the index system of water resource vulnerability assessment in Anning river basin.ARCGIS is used to calculate and draw the evaluation map.Finally,from the perspective of time and space,Based on analysis of spatial differentiation characteristics of water resource vulnerability in the study area and the factors that influence the vulnerability over time,We have got the conclusions:(1)During 2012-2016,the spatial distribution of water resource vulnerability is obvious in Anning river basin.The distribution was ‘segmented' in the study period,Among which Xichang's vulnerability has always been at the top of the list,water resources vulnerability of Mianning county and Xichang city increased first and then decreased,while that of Dechang County and Miyi County decreased first and then increased.(2)From 2012 to 2016,the regions of increasing vulnerability in Anning River basin are mainly located in the northern part of Mianning County and the central part of Dechang County,while the regions of reducing vulnerability are mainly located in the central part of Xichang City and the southern part of Miyi County.During the study period,the proportion of area whose vulnerability significantly decreased is as twice as that whose vulnerability significantly increased,which indicated that the water resources vulnerability of Anning River basin had an improvement trend in the study period.(3)The main influencing factors of water resources vulnerability change were analyzed by the result change chart of five components: driving force,pressure,state,influence and response.Mianning,Xichang,Dechang and Miyi had the worst water resources vulnerability in the study period in 2015.Compared with 2012,the area with slow growth of water resources vulnerability accounted for 50.26% of the total basin area,The influencing factors are water by agriculture and industry,development and utilization of water resources,and eco-environmental water use.(4)Based on the results of water resources vulnerability assessment and change analysis in Anning River basin,measures and suggestions for reducing water resources vulnerability in Anning River basin are put forward.
