Reasonable evaluation of water resources quality is the basic work for the effective development and utilization of water resources and the formulation of macro-planning for social and economic development.It is of great significance to effective management of water resources and promoting coordinated development of economy,society and ecological environment.This paper evaluates the chemical types of surface water,water quality status,water function area status and drinking water source status in Jinan City,and combines with the actual situation of Jinan City,studies and improves the methods of current water quality evaluation,and applies them in Jinan City.The main results are as follows:(1)By analyzing the shortcomings of existing evaluation methods and aiming at the shortcomings of single-factor evaluation,we try to replace single-factor evaluation with Bayesian formula method.Aiming at the shortcomings of Bayesian formula,we improve the method of determining the prior probability.In order to reflect the difference of hazards of different evaluation indexes,we improve the distribution of index weights by calculating index hazard coefficient on the basis of factor analysis.It is more reasonable.(2)The method of river length ratio in river water quality evaluation is improved,and the"converted River length"considering the weight of water quantity is proposed.In river water quality evaluation,not only the length of the river is considered,but also the amount of water in the river is considered.(3)According to the monitoring data of water quality in Jinan in 2016,the distribution area and regularity of surface water salinity,total hardness and hydrochemical types in Jinan are analyzed;the water quality status of rivers,lakes and reservoirs in Jinan is evaluated and analyzed;the river length is 1147.3 km,the lake area is 1697 km 2,and the reservoir capacity is 154 million M 3;the water quality of 52 water functional areas in Jinan is evaluated and analyzed.(4)Taking Jinan City as the research area,the improved Bayesian formula method is applied,the optimal distribution of each evaluation index is fitted by MATLAB programming,the health hazard index is calculated based on USEPA risk assessment model,the weight of each evaluation index is determined by hazard index and factor analysis method,and the improved Bayesian formula is used to evaluate and compare with the traditional method.(5)Taking Jinan City as an example,the control basin area of 38 selected surface water quality monitoring sections is calculated by Arcgis,and the annual average precipitation of each sub-basin is calculated by using the method of isoprecipitation line.The runoff coefficient,the inbound water volume and the inter-basin diversion volume of each section are determined,and the water volume of each section is calculated.Based on the water quantity factor,the length of the converted river is calculated.Improved river water quality assessment.
