Baodi district is located in the center of the Beijing, Tianjin andTangsan. Baodidistrict has an important role in the economic development. Most of the previouswork in this area was in the last century90’s before, the research on thehydrogeological aspects were focused on a particular area, especially for thecalculation of groundwater resources.so that need to take a more scientific andreasonable method of water resources evaluation. This paper based on thecomprehensive geological survey project in Baodi District of Tianjin city,discusse theresearch focuses on the hydrogeological work of the work area. based on summingup development of hydrogeology survey on the basis of previous work.More than100documents to be collected, covering report of the comprehensivegeological survey in46copies,114copies of report of geotechnical engineeringexploration,10copies of groundwater observation Yearbook,678copies of report ofdrilling.Data covering the basic geology, hydrogeology, engineeringgeology,environmental geology, geochemistry, geophysics and remote sensinggeology and other aspects, involving the department including geology, earthquake,water conservancy, planning, environmental protection, construction, metallurgy, oiland many other units. Based on a large collection of previous data, we worked in thefiled and did the experiment in the laboratory.Our workload include1510km2ofHydrogeology disaster measurement,3159km2of the geological interpretation ofremote sensing,1335m of the Engineering geological drilling,Standard penetrationtest230times,705samples of the Soil test,103samples of the Particle size analysis,40samples of the Water quality analysis,68samples of the Analysis of water quality,40site of the Engineering survey and so on.to provide real data based water resourcesmore reasonable evaluation of science and Science in Baodi district.Through this project, the control of water resources distribution in this area ismainly controlled by geological structure and the ancient water, brackish waterdistribution in this area and the Baodi fault to coincide, occurrence conditions, groundwater recharge discharge characteristics, this area is a potential area,groundwater quality is not optimistic, water quality is poor, not rational exploitationof groundwater that exist in the area of ground subsidence and ground cracks andother geological disasters.
