In this study,the changes of plankton and water quality in the five sites H1,H2,H3,H4 and H5 in Huweiling sea area of Mulan Bay,Hainan,were investigated in 2017-2018.At the same time,the community structure characteristics of plankton and the spatial and temporal distribution of plankton were studied.The characteristics were analyzed in depth;combined with the water quality and plankton test results.the ecological structure and water pollution of the Huweiling sea area were analyzed.In the phytoplankton survey in 2017.65 species of phyla of 5 species.43 species,and 41 species of diatoms were found,accounting for 63%of the total number of phytoplankton species;19 species of diatoms accounted for 29%of the total number of phytoplankton;Two kinds of green algae,which accounted for 3%of the total number of phytoplankton species;one species of phytoplankton,accounting for 2%of the total number of phytoplankton species.In the 2018 phytoplankton survey,70 species of phyla of phyla,including 44 species of diatoms,including 44 species of diatoms.63%of species;20 species of dinoflagellates,accounting for 29%of species;and 2 species of green algae,accounting for 3%of species;There are 2 species of cyanobacteria,about 3%of species;1 species of Euglena,about 1%of species,and 1 species of gold algae,about 1%of species.The average cell density of phytoplankton in the spring of 17 years was 6.50ื105cell/L.1.14ื105cell/L in the summer of 17 years,2.66ื105cell/L in the autumn of 17 years,6.69x105cell/L in the winter of 17 years,and 18.12.35ื105cell/L.In the summer of 18,it was 12.99ื105cell/L,in the autumn of 18.it was 7.06ื105cell/L,and in the winter of 18,it was 4.90ื105cell/L.A total of 28 species of red tide algae were found in the test.Among them.there were 1 5 species(genus)of red tide algae in diatoms.accounting for 53.57%of the total number of red tide algae;13 species(genus)of red tide algae in dinoflagellate,accounting for 46.43 of the total number of red tide algae.%.The red tide of diatom species represents the species of Melosira sulcata,Leptocylindrus danicus,Rhizosolenia styliformis,etc.;the red tide in dinoflagellates represents the Prorocentrum lima,Dinophysis caudata.Protoperidinium oceanicum,Protoperidinium sigmoides,and the like.In the Huweiling sea area survey in 2017,there were 9 species and 9 species of zooplankton.There are 7 species(genus),accounting for 32%of the total species;4 species(genus)of protozoa,accounting for 18%of the total species;ostracods,planktonic larvae,tunicates and others There are 2 species(genus),each accounting for 9%of the total species;the softest,ranunculus and rotifer species are the least,each one,accounting for 4-5%.There are 6 types and 48 species(genus)of zooplankton in the Huweiling Sea area of 201 8.Among them,there are 19 species(genus),accounting for 40%of the total species;11 species(genus)of protozoa,accounting for 23%of the total species;8 species of arthropods,accounting for 17%of the total.There are 4 kinds of soft body and planktonic larvae,accounting for 8%respectively,and 2 other types,accounting for 4%.The average cell density of zooplankton in the spring of 17 years was 12.32ื103ind./m3,184.48ื103ind./m3 in the summer of 17 and 135.12ื103ind./m3 in the autumn of 17 andื103ind./m3 in the winter of 17 years.In the spring of 18,it was 24.16ื103ind./m3.In the summer of 18,it was 14.24ื103ind./m3.in the autumn of 18.it was 52.32ื103ind./m3,and in the winter of 18,it was 6.24ื103ind./m3.The 2017-2018 water quality monitoring program includes COD,DO,DIN,DIP and non-ionic ammonia.IndicatorsIt basically meets the standards of Class 2 and even Class 1 seawater.In some special seasons,the DIN concentration of H5 reached 0.69mg/L in the summer of 2018,and the DIP reached 0.21mg/L in the summer of 2018.In the winter of 2017,the non-ionic ammonia of H5 reached 0.2mg/L.The species of plankton showed corresponding changes with the seasons.Generally,the species of plankton in spring was more than that in other seasons,and the species of phytoplankton in autumn and winter were the least.There is no obvious rule for the density of phytoplankton and the abundance of zooplankton.However,when the average variation of phytoplankton is reduced,the abundance of zooplankton increases,and when the density of phytoplankton increases,the zooplankton increases.The degree is decreasing.
