With the increase of social water circulation flux,the protection of social water circulation flux and the corresponding externalities of ecological environment have become prominent,becoming the main contradiction of current water resources.The existing social water cycle simulation is insufficient to drive the simulation of different water users' social water cycle economic potential in various industries.As an important economic driver,water price plays an important role in regulating the social water cycle.This paper first discusses the formation mechanism of water price and the regulation mechanism of water price in the social water cycle from the value of water resources.Based on the econometric method,the mathematical model of social dynamic mechanism of social water cycle based on economic optimization is constructed,and the coupling model of water price model and water resource allocation model is proposed.Taking Rongchang District of Chongqing as an example,using the display preference method to quantitatively analyze the water demand-price relationship in Rongchang District,establish the water resources allocation model and water price calculation model in Rongchang District,and finally establish the Rongchang District Society by coupling the water price calculation model and the water resource allocation model.The water cycle simulation method,and calculate the base year,the water price of the planning year,provide data support for the implementation of water price reform policy and water rights trading.The main conclusions of the paper include the following points.1.Through the water use data of the study area from 2012 to 2015,it shows that the agricultural water price reform is effective,and it can be seen that the water price regulation mechanism is applicable to the research area.In view of the shortage of water resources in Rongchang District and the serious waste of industrial water,it is necessary to adjust the water price,control the growth of water consumption,and achieve sustainable development in the region.2.Using C-D production function to construct the water price calculation model of Rongchang District,quantitatively analyze the influence of water driving factors on water consumption.The results show that the increase of water price has a restraining effect on domestic and agricultural water consumption,and population and income increase from domestic water.To promote the effect,rainfall has a depressing effect on agricultural water use.The urban domestic water consumption is greatly affected by the population,rural domestic water is affected by income,and agricultural water is greatly affected by water price.3.Through the benchmark annual supply and demand balance verification model simulation results,the results show that the water price simulation correlation coefficient is above 0.7,and the simulation results are good.4.Agricultural water is affected by rainfall,runoff and planting structure.It has a tendency to decline first and then rise and then decline in the year.In the interannual year,the water price is higher in dry years and the water price in low water is lower.Agricultural water price The development needs to take into account the effects of rainfall,runoff,planting structures and other economic factors.5.The paper sets the normal and enhanced water-saving plan under the normal economic development of Rongchang District to predict the economic development level and water demand in 2020,2025 and 2030.Through the calculation and analysis of the model,the shadow water price of each administrative district is obtained.Among them,the urban water price of the water-saving scheme is between 3.62 yuan and 5.91 yuan,the rural domestic water price is between 3.17 yuan and 5.00 yuan,and the agricultural water price is 0.15 yuan-0.37 yuan.between.The water saving price of the general water saving scheme is relatively low,in which the urban domestic water price is 3.26 yuan to 5.26 yuan,the rural domestic water price is 2.94 yuan to 4.57 yuan,and the agricultural water price is between 0.14 yuan and 0.32 yuan.The higher water price can be Promote water-saving awareness of water users.Affected by economic development,water users have increased their ability to withstand rising water prices.The annual water price at different planning levels is on the rise.It is necessary to formulate water prices based on economic development and regional water shortages.6.Taking the water consumption data of Rongchang District as an example,the paper calculates the water price of different levels according to the balance of supply and demand.The water reflects the balance between supply and demand.The difference between domestic water price and agricultural water price can reflect the possibility of water rights trading.
