Study On Land Resources Support Ability In Longxi County Based On Rural Revitalization Strategy

The rural revitalization strategy is the guiding principle for the reform of agricultural and rural development in the new era,and it is an opportunity to enhance the capacity of land resources.At the same time,the rural revitalization strategy has also put forward new requirements and challenges for land resource support capabilities.How to adapt to the development of the times,promote rural revitalization,scientifically compile land use planning,and realize the sustainable development of land resources in terms of quantity,quality and structure are the key to the sustainable use of land resources.This paper focuses on helping the rural revitalization strategy and improving the research goal of the land resources support capacity of Longxi County.The following work has been carried out:The paper takes Longxi County as the research area.The area is located in the Loess Plateau.The terrain is high in the northwest and low in the southeast.The mountains are overlapped,the gullies are vertical and horizontal,and the soil erosion is serious.As a large agricultural county,Longxi County attaches great importance to the development of the four major agricultural characteristic industries,and the demand for production space has increased year by year;At the same time,in the west of Longxi County,with the goal of improving the living environment and building beautiful villages,the demand for living space and ecological space is also growing.Therefore,Longxi County faces the opportunities and challenges brought by the rural revitalization strategy and puts forward new demands for the “three living spaces”.Based on the land resource utilization change data and related land use planning data of Longxi County in 2013-2017,this paper firstly analyzes the change of land resource utilization degree and utilization structure in Longxi County from the current situation of land resource utilization in Longxi County;Secondly,according to the classification criteria of “three living spaces”,the type of “three living spaces” of land resources in Longxi County is divided;Combining with the overall planning of land use in Longxi County and other related plans,we forecast the demand for “three living spaces” in Longxi County in 2020,and use gray system modeling to predict the supply of “three living spaces” in Longxi County from 2018 to 2022;Then itanalyzes the spatial and temporal differences between the demand and supply forecast of the “three-born space” in Longxi County,clarifies the status of land resource security,clarifies the problems and causes in the protection of land resources,and proposes countermeasures accordingly.The main conclusions are as follows:First,the land resource support capacity of Longxi County’s rural revitalization strategy needs to be improved.Mainly manifested in: the production space is prominent in terms of quantity,quality,structure and utilization;Both the living space and the ecological space are seriously problematic in terms of the quantity of supply and the degree of utilization;The "three living spaces" are in conflict with each other and the degree of utilization needs to be improved.Second,the main reasons for the problems of the land resource security capacity in Longxi County are:The negative effects of human-land relations,the economic interest game between the "three living spaces",the low level of technological input,and the imperfect land resource management system.Third,effective supply,efficient use,and government policy support are key to improving land resource support capabilities.The specific countermeasures include:effective supply to improve the quantity of land resources;efficient use to improve the quality of land resources,and strengthen the management of land resources to enhance the capacity of land resources in Longxi County.
