USP14,AK3P1,BAG5,HERC2P3,ARF6 and STAT2 molecular and knowledge networks were originally reconstructed,put forward and verified the novel hypothesis from GEO Dataset GDS2678 by gene selection algorithm significance analysis of microarrays(SAM),gene reconstruction network infer(GRNInfer),the database for annotation visualization and integrated discovery(DAVID).Results show that USP14,AK3P1,BAG5,HERC2P3,ARF6 and STAT2 from human left brain are related to cognition,and all contain exosomes.USP14 direct downstream&activation molecules and knowledge network was constructed with cytoplasm,mitochondrion,cytosol,plasma membrane,perinuclear region of cytoplasm,membrane,lysosomal membrane,integral component of plasma membrane,integral component of membrane and lysosome in human left brain.We propose and verify that USP14 activates extracellular exosome based cognition through virus receptor except nucleus.AK3P1 direct downstream&activation molecules and knowledge network was set up with cytoplasm,nucleus,cytosol,mitochondrion,nucleoplasm and membrane in human left brain.We propose and verify that AK3P1 activates extracellular exosome based cognition through protein,ATP and poly(A)RNA binding.BAG5 direct upstream&activation molecules and knowledge network was constructed with nucleus,nucleoplasm,cytoplasm,cytosol and membrane in human left brain.We propose and verify that extracellular exosome based cognition activates BAG5 through protein and DNA binding.HERC2P4 direct upstream&activation molecules and knowledge network was set up with nucleus,nucleoplasm,cytoplasm,membrane,cytosol,nucleolus and integral component of membrane in human left brain.We propose and verify that extra exosome based cognition activates HERC2P3 through RNA binding except nucleolus.ARF6 direct downstream&inhibition molecules and knowledge network was constructed with cytosol,nucleus,cytoplasm,plasma membrane,membrane and actin cytoskeleton in human left brain.We propose and verify that ARF6 inhibits extra exosome based cognition through small protein binding except intracellular membrane.STAT2 direct upstream&inhibition molecules and knowledge network was set up with cytosol,cytoplasm,mitochondrion and integral component of membrane in human left brain.We propose and verify that extra exosome based cognition inhibits STAT2 through cytoplasm ATP and metal ion binding.
