A Study On The Microclimate Design Of Xiamen Urban Park

Urban parks are the main places for citizens to engage in outdoor leisure activities.Their comfort has a great impact on the utilization of urban parks.It is of great practical significance to study microclimate in urban parks.But now the research of city park microclimate is mainly an empirical study on the effect of various landscape elements to microclimate,not building effective convergence between the city park design and microclimate,so establishing the connection of city park microclimate research and design of city park is very urgent.The research work and conclusion of this paper are mainly reflected in the following aspects:First of all,the field research on Xiamen's present situation of city park construction,understand the construction condition of Xiamen City Park,analysing the type of Xiamen City Park,summed up the strategy to improve the microclimate of Xiamen City Park: to improve mainly through shading,ventilation,cooling,humidity and other aspects of the strategy.Secondly,analysing the type of Xiamen City Park Microclimate from the overall planning of the park,in the aspect of the boundary shape form,terrain change,matrix differences,summed up the city park to improve the design method of the microclimate,reasonably design the city park location,boundary,elevation,the whole matrix,providing specific operational guidance for the city park microclimate design.Then,analysing the type of Xiamen City Park Microclimate from the park internal space,the role of the inner surface of the park in regulating urban microclimate is studied,focusing on the influence of entrance space,courtyard space,waterfront space,transitional space to city microclimate,exploring the impact of interior space design of city park to the microclimate.Finally,from the perspective of specific landscape elements,we studied the optimal design of microclimate in urban parks.We select landscape elements: plants,water,constructist and paving as research objects,and analyse the impact of specific landscape elements on microclimate.This paper from park planning,interior space,the specific landscape elements,the three level to study city park microclimate,a breakthrough in the past only stay in the microclimate research which is stayed in technical level,this article from the design perspective combined with the technical level,to provide specific operational guidance,provideing reference for the city park microclimate design.
