| In the 21 st century,the ecotourism is becoming a traveling hot spot.With the rich natural landscape and important ecological function,wetland ecotourism has become the main form for ecotourism.BoLin Lake that located at Yuan Ba town of GuangYuan has good wetland resouces and abundant forest landscape.It was authorized to be a national wet park in 2016.By studying the development,the characteristics and the connotation of ecotourism and the meaning of the wetland park,planning theory,development background and significance of wetland ecotourism were firstly discussed by this paper.The general situation of the BoLin Lake National Wetland Park was also introduced,including the natural geography and human economy.Based on the theory of ecotourism and wetland park,the basic situations and tourist resources of the BoLin Lake National Wetland Park were investigated by this paper.According to the standard GB/T18972-2003,the tourist resources of BoLin Lake National Wetland Park were classified as 8 categories,24 classes and 59 basic types of resources which including land scenery,waters scenery,biological landscape,astronomer and climatic scenery,sites and ruins,construction and facilities,tourist goods and human activities.In the paper,“from three aspects 336” evaluation method given by Lu YunTing was used to evaluate tourism resources of wetland park.It includes the artistic and ornamental value,the historical and cultural value,the scientific expedition,the economic value,the social value,the environmental value,the geographical position and traffic condition,the regional combination condition of landscape,the capacity condition of scenic spot,the investment condition,the construction and customer market condition.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)based on Matlab constructed BoLin Lake tourism resources evaluation system that is basis for the classification of ecotourism resources.This paper used questionnaire for assignment which evaluates the importance scale based on the factor,calculated single ordering weight value and the consistency cheak and calculated single ordering weight value and the consistency check and calculate the total sequencing weight value and the consistency check based on the software of Matlab.This paper used a synthetic quantitative evaluation method to receive the score of every index by a weight and got the view that the tourism resources of BoLin Lake was in good level,which give the basis of fact for ecotourism development.Based on the SWOT analysis,the paper concluded that the BoLin Lake National Wetland Park not only have the advantages but also have the disadvantages.The advantages includingthe nature resource,the cultural resource and the location and policy.The disadvantages including the fragile ecology,the fierce competition,the low environmental awareness for community residents and the low reputation.Being around by scenic spots that have same resouces,BoLin Lake National Wetland Park cannot attract the people from big cities for the low reputation.Some designs were introduced by the paper.It includes the development principle,the layout for “one axle and five areas” and the function partition,the product development and the traveling lines plan design for the ecotourism exploitation of the BoLin Lake.The environmental capacity and the tourist capacity were also measured by the paper.Based on the method combining line with area,the environmental capacity of BoLin Lake and the tourist capacity of BoLin Lake were calculated.There are about 1.089 thousand people for one day and 327 thousand people for one year for the tourist capacity and about 8.17 hundred people for one day and 245 thousand people for one year for the tourist capacity.At last,on the base of the research,environment protection system is built for protecting the water quality,avoiding biodiversity destroyed,making the atmosphere environmental quality,water environmental quality and noise environmental quality to be national level,avoiding solid waste damaging the park and Improving the ecological environment. |
