In order to improve the poor soil structure,low fertility,leakage of water and fertilizer,and increase the productivity of sandy soil,field experiments were conducted to study the effect of bio-organic sand conditioners on sand soil improvement and plant growth.The experiment explored the effect of microbial strains on soil and plants by comparing the application effect of control,single application compound fertilizer,compounding agent and compound fertilizer,and application of matrix and compound fertilizer;by comparing two different dosages of the control and single application.The application effects of conditioner treatment explore the effects of conditioners on soil and plants.The main results of the experiment are as follows:1.The bio-organic sand conditioner can promote the formation of larger?>0.25mm?agglomeration of soil structure,and the use of single conditioning agent increased by 3.6 to5.1 percentage points compared to the control;2.Decrease the soil bulk density.The single treatment agent 9t.hm-2 was reduced by0.07g.cm-3 compared with the control,while the soil field water capacity was increased,which was 7.5 percentage points higher than that of the control,and all were different from the control and other treatments Significant;3.Increase soil organic matter content and effective nutrient content.Compared with CK,the content of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen increased by 11.62%to 54.45%,the content of available phosphorus increased by 12.37%to 59.83%,the content of available potassium increased by 3.23%to 58.51%,and the content of organic matter increased.9.97%33.53%;4.Increased soil enzyme activity,in which 0-10cm soil layer single application conditioner 9t.hm-2 and application of conditioner 6t.hm-2+conventional fertilizers reduce soil enzyme activity by 90%and 60%respectively,soil alkaline Phosphatase increased by66%and 39.6%,respectively,and soil sucrase increased by 0.55mg/g·d and 0.45mg/g·d,respectively;5.The conventional fertilizer application reductions of 6t.hm-2 and 6t.hm-2+were the most similar in the community structure,and the next closest treatments were the application of conditioner 6t.hm-2+conventional fertilizers.Single conditioning agent9t.hm-2.Specific performance in the level of the door,the content of more than 10%of the dominant category of the category,single treatment agent 9t.hm-2 treatment there are three,the application of conditioning agent 6t.hm-2+conventional fertilizer reduction treatment has four.6.The plant height,stem diameter,and total yield of corn plants were the best when the conditioner 6t.hm-2+conventional fertilizer was used for reduction treatment.The plant height reached 273.5cm,stem diameter reached 2.54cm,and the total grain yield reached6689kg.hm-2 was increased by 6.3%,7.2%and 36.7%,respectively,compared to the control.Based on the comprehensive analysis,the bio-organic sand conditioner can effectively improve the capacity of“soil retention and fertilizer retention”in aeolian sandy soil,improve the physical and chemical properties of aeolian sandy soil,increase soil enzyme activity,and have a significant role in promoting the growth of tested maize.,It can become a soil conditioner for aeolian soil.The amount of conditioner 9t.hm-2 applied to sandy soil was the best in the range of test dosage,and the improvement effect of 0-10cm soil layer was better than 10-20cm.
