Horqin sandy land is a serious desertification land in Northeast China.Land desertification has brought great impact on agricultural production and environmental protection in China.It is an urgent problem for our generation to prevent land desertification and improve aeolian sandy soil.Biochar,bentonite and organic fertilizer are great significance in improving aeolian sandy soil.In order to explore the improvement effect of biochar,bentonite and organic fertilizer on aeolian sand soil.This paper is based on the orthogonal test method,A lot of work has been done on the design and experimental research of biochar,bentonite and organic fertilizer,The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)By design of biochar,bentonite and organic fertilizerorthogonal tes,The orthogonal design table with three factors and five levels was selected,The effects of biochar,bentonite and organic fertilizer on soil microbial biomass were studied,The results of the orthogonal experiment were analyzed,Obtained the optimum ratio of biochar,bentonite and organic fertilizer.(2)Application of biochar,bentonite and organic fertilizer for two consecutive years had significant effects on soil physical and chemical properties,The water content and p H value of soil increased significantly,part achieved 47.86%and8.10,Soil bulk density also decreased significantly,reduced to 1.42g/cm~3,The available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium also increased steadily with the time,part achieved 108mg/kg?12.62mg/kg?79.66mg/kg,It is proved that biochar,bentonite and organic fertilizer can improve the physical and chemical properties of aeolian sandy soil.(3)The addition of biochar,bentonite and organic fertilizer increased soil microbial biomass C,soil microbial biomass N and soil microbial biomass P in different degrees,The content of soil microbial biomass C reached 493.89mg/kg,The content of soil microbial biomass N reached 87.652mg/kg,The content of soil microbial biomass P reached 19.67mg/kg,The addition of three soil amendments had positive effects on microbial biomass.(4)Used the analysis of variance,the results showed that the effect of soil microbial biomass was greater than that of soil organic fertilizer,Therefore,the optimal scheme for improving aeolian sandy soil is biochar addition of 1.5kg/m~2,the addition amount of bentonite is 4.0-5.0kg/m~2,the amount of organic fertilizer added is0.6-0.8kg/m~2.The paper has 19 pictures,12 tables,and 76 references.
