With the rapid development of China's expressway infrastructure,the demand for information management of highway assets is also increasing.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the management level of expressway asset information,so as to establish a freeway point cloud asset management information system based on WebGIS technology,to integrate road information and geographical information organically,and to use point cloud data as information on road assets.The developer can make full use of the "lightweight" features of the website,the spatial and attribute data management,spatial analysis and real-time rendering of the three-dimensional maps of the point cloud,which are unique to the GIS technology,so as to satisfy the information query and data of the highway asset information management.Statistical needs provide management and conservation staff with advice on analysis and decision-making.In this paper,study the use of advanced vehicle-mounted LiDAR(Light Detection And Ranging)technology in Lanzhou airport expressway and surrounding facilities were collected by point cloud.focused on the analysis of the point cloud data analysis and classification process corresponding to the highway assets,make Point cloud data and highway assets are one-to-one corresponding to object processing.Based on this way,point cloud classification and storage methods are proposed.This article systematically analyzes the CHARacteristics of expressway assets and introduces a highway evaluation system.Corresponding to the CHARacteristics of different assets of the expressway,corresponding scoring standards are adopted and different maintenance plans are proposed.This dissertation aims at the disadvantages of the existing expressway asset management system.It studies the architecture based on B/S browser server,adopts GIS technology such as open source OpenLayers and CityMaker as the front end,orale as the database and Visual Studio 2015.NET.The road maintenance management system based on WebGIS Visual constructed under the environment.The main contents and research results are as follows:1)Discusses the development status of domestic and foreign highway maintenance systems,and proposes a road asset management system that uses point clouds as virtual objects of highway assets.2)Based on the analysis and comparison of existing systems,the design establishes the development method adopted by this system.3)The LiDAR technology was applied to the collection of highway point clouds,anda detailed study was made on the processing and storage of point clouds.4)The establishment process of the system database was studied.The evaluation process of the highway assets,the connection of the database and the design of the database table structure were studied.5)discusses the development process of expressway management system.Taking Lanzhou road maintenance data as an example,it implements functions such as map browsing,measurement,two-dimensional linkage,simulated driving,asset query,and asset statistics.The proposed latitude and longitude transfer NUMBER algorithm Solved the problem of incomplete spatial information on highway assets.
