Liaohe oilfield is a large enterprise in China. Owning to historical reasons, its source of land occupation is complicated, which leads to the difficulty of clearing out the land ownership. Moreover, single mode management means affects the information flow and also decrease the labor efficiency. Based on the survey of land information, digital oilfeild on WebGIS is establised, which is the basis of efficient management to oilfeild land information. Meanwhile, it has practical significance to oil management department whose oilfield is widely spreaded.The main researches of this thesis are as follows:(1) According to the characteristics of Liaohe oilfeild's land information, spatial data models and structures are analyzed to determinate spatial index style, and then Liaohe oilfeild land information database is constructed. Take it as an experiment object, various functions of Liaohe oilfeild's land information management system are to be tested to validate whether they meet the requirement of system exploitation and the enterprise's demand of land mangement.(2) This thesis analyzes various development and implementation technology of WebGIS. Utilizing the technology of Ajax and choosing the series component of SuperMap IS.NET, Liaohe oilfeild's land information management system is constructed, realizing the web publication of land information and satisfying the general user's browsing of figure and attribute information. Through the reasearch on GIS's basic algorithm and theory, interactive query of figure and attibute data and the shortest path query function of spatial analysis are both realized.(3) The goal is to build digital oilfield. The query function of Liaohe oilfeild's land information management system, based on WebGIS, meets the demands of subordinate bodies'date sharing and also meets the management requirement to industrial and mining land use. The best path selecting function of spatial analysis offers the decision support in commanidng the urgent condition.Land information management system based on WebGIS operated easily can query and research various data in Liaohe oilfeild database under the condition of refreshing page as less as possile, making out the shortest path needed quickly. In contrast to the traditional oilfeild information management system, system based on WebGIS realizes the regional data sharing, enhancing the information flow and improving the operation speed. Meanwhile, its spatial analysis offers the decision support in dealing with urgent condition and disaster relief.
