Surface coal mine will cause water pollution in mining area during the mining process.At the same time,surface coal mine require large amounts of water in all aspects of production,which inevitably results in the destruction of the balance of the water system in the mining area.Therefore,it is necessary to treat surface coal mine water accumulation.In order to maximize the water demand of surface coal mine in different water use directions,surface coal mine mining area will be optimally configured for water use based on the prediction of future surface coal mine water demand in each direction.The paper used methods such as field monitoring,mathematical modeling,and optimal distribution to analyze the negative effects of the coal mining area of Baorixile surface coal mine as an example,and obtained the pit water quality level.In the study of surface coal mine pit water treatment,the primary treatment of pit drainage,primary desalination process,and constructed wetland treatment process were studied successively.The paper compares and corrects different prediction methods,uses the GM(1,1)model of the grey prediction principle to weaken the buffering effect of previous year's water demand data,in combination with the actual use of surface coal mine water,the water demand of the surface coal mine in different water directions in 2020 and 2025 was obtained.After the mathematical model of water resources optimization was established by the objective function and constraint conditions,the MATLAB program was used to optimize the allocation of water in the mining area.The MATLAB library function was invoked through C#,and the optimized configuration system of mine water consumption was developed using Microsoft Visual Studio software.After analyzing the configuration results by combining the optimization objectives,it was concluded that the use of this method to optimize the allocation of mine site water consumption is feasible.
