In the process of vegetable production in the facility, the phenomenon of large fertilizer and water is widespread, which leads to a series of problems such as secondary salinization of soil and unbalance of soil micro-ecosystem.In this study, the greenhouse pepper variety“Sheng Ding No.1”was used as an example to reduce the amount of chemical fertilizers by applying microbial agents to the basis of weight loss and soil conditioners.A total of 13 fertilizers treatment were conducted to investigate the effects of reducing fertilizers, adding microbial agents and soil conditioners on the productivity and quality of green peppers in the greenhouse experiment. In addition, the effects of soil physical and chemical quality were also investigated. This study could provide theoretical support for the reduced fertilizer amount and the soil improvement in the production of green pepper. The main findings are as follows:?1?Based on the amount of conventional fertilizer application, the reduction of nitrogen fertilizer?N?,the phosphorus fertilizer?P2O5?and the potassium fertilizer?K2O?was 19%33%,20%40%and 14%29%,respectively.The reduced fertilizer apply amount can still increase the plant height and stem diameter of the green pepper plant, the content of chlorophyll in the green pepper leaves and the fruit shape index of green pepper;improve the appearance quality and the fruit of green pepper;increase the content of Vc in fruits and reduce the content of nitrate;increase the fruit weight and total output of green pepper.?2?Based on the reduction of fertilization, the addition of microbial inoculants and silica-calcium-magnesium soil amendments can further improve the appearance quality and nutritional quality of green pepper fruits, and increase the single fruit weight and yield of green peppers.Compared with the treatment without microbial inoculants, the plant height and the stem diameter of the green pepper plants was increased by 1.5%to 8.6%and 2.9%to 8.5%,respectively.Additionally,With microbial agents added, the chlorophyll content increased by 18%to 33%;the Vc content increased by 11%to 38%on the basis of9.8 mg·g-1;the nitrate content was reduced by 2.3%to 8.7%on based of 178mg·g-1;increased application of silicon, calcium, magnesium and magnesium as soil conditioners;chlorophyll content increased by 16%to 20%;Vc content increased by 14%to 21%on basis of 9.8 mg·g-1;nitrate content reduced by 4.0%to 6.2%on basis of 178 mg·kg-1.?3?The reduction of chemical fertilizer treatment effectively reduced the cumulative amount of nitrate nitrogen, available phosphorus, and available potassium in the cultivated soil. The pH value of the soil was increased by 0.13 to 0.15,On the basis of basic strength6.8,reducing the acidification of the soil. The number of bacteria, fungi, and release of the soil was increased by 3.4%to 5.8%,2.7%to 8.6%,and 4.0%to 11%,respectively.?4?Based on the reduction of fertilization, the addition of microbial inoculants and silica-calcium-magnesium soil amendments significantly improved soil physical and chemical properties.Compared to the non-fertilizer treatment,in the 020 cm soil after the harvest, the nitrate nitrogen content was decreased by 1.3%to 6.3%,the available phosphorus content was decreased by 4.0%to 12%,and the available potassium content was decreased by 8.2%to 17%.Compared with the treatment without calcium and magnesium soil conditioners, the nitrate nitrogen content was decreased by 11%to 13%;the available phosphorus content was decreased by 5.9%to 18%;the available potassium content was decreased by 21%to 23%.After harvesting, the basic pH values of 020 cm and 2040 cm soil layers were increased by 6.80 to 6.79 and by 7.01 to 7.05,with the addition of microbial inoculants,by 6.8 to 7.13 and by 7.01 to 7.18,with the addition of silica, calcium and magnesium soil conditioners, respectively. The above results show that the recommend N,P2O5 and K2O fertilization rates for the whole growth period green pepper are 300 kg·hm-2,180 kg·hm-2 and 375 kg·hm-2,respectively.At the same time, with such fertilizer apply, adding the number of microbial agents greater than 120 billion(2.2 kg·hm-2),and adding Si-Ca-MgO soil conditioner(375-525 kg·hm-2)can better achieve the purpose of improving the soil quality, the yield and quality of green peppers.
